We visited London for the first time a family of 5 with 3 kids 9-16.My brother in law recommended the site.I was surprised by the size and Location.Site seeing and Theaters within walking distance.Near by pick up place for Golden tours.Near by restaurants and mini market.Big super market 1o min away walking distance.
Considering the location size of group and space plus ability to make your own breakfast for kids this is a good deal.
Negatives: Aged carpet, some windows not closing all the way ( first day was snowing and bellow zero ),Missing items from kitchen ( no Bowls for cereal),And a single washer/dryer unit not very well functioning.Reception not 24 hrs a day available ( As advertised).
Would I come back : absolutely.

Mayfair was a wonderful home away from home. It was
very comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and accessible
to all the sightseeing, undergrounds, and Shepherds Market. It was close to good restaurants, pubs, and a complete grocery store.
Our family of 2 grandparents, and our son and his family were very comfortable here. The space of the flat was such that it afforded "stretching" room within the family.
We definitedly would return to 33 Mayfair. -

We had the most remarkable Thanksgiving holiday several years ago. We rented this beautiful Mayfair apartment with 3 bedrooms, and invited 2 other couples and a 6 year old boy to join us for the holiday in London.
A caterer in London made the turkey and all the trimmings, and the pecan pie, and we made the pumpkin pie. Friends from London joined us and we ended up having about 25 people for dinner in our flat.
The building managers found us some excellent staff and we had a wonderful time for a "homecooked" Thanksgiving day holiday dinner.
The apartment was smashing and elegant, and we had a wonderful trip. I'd recommend it to anyone.
