This flat is in a very, very nice neighborhood, was nicely decorated and had a large and well equipped kitchen. The only thing that was not perfect was that it needs new cushions on the furniture and new mattresses. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.
The staff of the London office were wonderful. The driver gave us lots of suggestions when we asked and clearly wanted to help make our stay nice. The lady who met us at the flat was helpful and very accommodating.
The location, while not in the center of the city, was steps from a tube stop and walking distance to Harrods, Victoria Station, the V&A;, Science Museum and Natural History Museum. It was also in a wonderful shopping area. While there are not tons of restaurants, the ones where we ate were excellent and well priced. -

I can't say enough about the management company. They provided excellent service. From the time they meet us at the flat to arranging a driver to take us to the airport their response was fantastic. The flat was roomy and fit out needs which were to have two bedrooms one of which had twin beds for our sons. The kitchen is large and fully equiped. The flat is dated and could use new carpet but this did not bother us because everything was very clean. The second bath is small and again this was not a problem for us but may be for some people. The washer/dryer combination did not work because we couldn't figure out how to get the cloths dry. The location is great if you like a quite neighborhood. It's easy to get to the tube or walk one block to the next street to hail a cab. Grocery stores are about two to three blocks away. I would recommend this to families with older kids like we have and will use this management service again for London and or any other cities that they service.

We were very impressed with this apartment. Having rented from other companies over the past many years in London and in Paris, I can honestly say this one has been the best. The location is great, at the center of everything, yet it is also very quiet from the street noises. The apartment was very well maintained, and very comfortable.

I enjoyed staying in an apartment rather than a hotel. The kitchen was great! Location (walking distance to Harrods) was fabulous. There was wireless internet which was a plus for us. My only complaint is that the carpet was very old and stained. It makes a poor impression, and I was unhappy, as it made the whole flat seem shabby. I will rent an apartment again but will do more research on the furnishings! I expect to stay in older buildings when I travel in Europe and that does not bother me at all. Actually I enjoy that aspect. But I don't want to sit on furniture that is as old as the building.

The flat met our needs; i.e. two bedrooms (traveling with spouse and friend), two bathrooms and adequately furnished kitchen for breakfasts in. Location was great - close to Flower show, a short bus ride to Knightsbridge and nearby good restaurants. We did wish for better directions for washing machine (no dryer) and for slightly more updated bathrooms (toilet seat loose). We will use London Guest Suites again.

Excellent location, fantastic kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. The large bathroom was spacious, but the second bathroom was very small. We loved it and would stay there again - plenty of room for a family of 4-5.

Nice and big flat in a very upscale neighborhood. Price was very affordable for family of 4. Easy access to Sloan square tube. Not a ton of restaurants in the close by neighborhood but one stop over to dine or easy walk. Using the tube was the most convenient. Older décor, washing machine and shower were of questionable functionality but flat was warm, bright and kitchen was nice. Bathtub was great for kids. Would stay again for value and location.

Prior to the trip working with LGS was wonderful! They were happy to answer any and all questions. When we arrived at the flat a representative was there to let us in and show us around. She was very friendly and helpful.
This particular flat is really a dream come true! Having been to London previously I know that a flat this size is a very rare find. The kitchen is unbelievably large! And there are two full bathrooms! The bedrooms and living room were really cozy. The best thing about this place, however, is the location - a truly short walk to the tube and TONS of shopping.
This flat also has a high speed Internet connection and washer/dryer - both of which can make a longer trip a lot easier!
All in all, I'd say this flat is an excellent value! I highly recommend renting a flat for your stay in London and I also highly recommend working with LGS to find the perfect one for your needs!
