A spacious, open-plan loft in an interesting old warehouse building. Well presented and Bohemian, the property is newly refurbished throughout. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy London.
Light and airy with double warehouse doors, balcony, exposed brickwork, skylights and bags of quirky style.
This apartment is a loft and does not have separate bedrooms as such but there are two private mezzanine levels with snug and cosy canvas.
The open plan space works well for a family or group of friends. Much thought and attention has gone into the fabulous decor to make it a lovely inviting space with a sense of humour.

We rented this spacious, striking, eclectic and immaculately clean loft for a week. Huge windows letting in lots of light and air with gorgeous flower boxes full of colorful blooming flowers. The owners, who live next door, couldn't have been more helpful, real and gracious. Hoxton rocks! The location was excellent; both gritty and charming. If you are looking for a London experience that isn't about being a visitor than this is the place for you. Certainly we hopped on the clean, efficient tube and checked out the sights along the Thames. But mostly we enjoyed the locals neighborhood, featuring food from all over the world, a fine health food store and lovely, laid back pubs. Also, fascinating and diverse street markets are within walking distance . A tucked away park alive with children and dogs is just a few blocks away dotted with interesting shops and appealing cafes.

We stayed for 2 weeks and would return in a heart beat. The unit fit the 2 of us and our 2 nieces perfectly. The decor is devine! Beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was really well outfitted. It is a great location, close to a subway stop, and a really great neighbourhood. Owners were fantastic. If we ever return to London we will for sure stay there again!

Stayed in this beautiful loft for 3 months. Very nice and uncomplicated owners. Very central located in the puls of Shoreditch. Hoxton Square just around the corner. Just perfect!

Our "loft" experience was incredible! The service was great; we were greeted, given a tour and were made aware of the various stores in the neighbourhood. There were also lots of tourist booklets and pamphlets available.
The loft itself was amazing, like something out of a design magazine. As well as being artistically eclectic, it was large,very comfortable and we felt right at home. I particularly liked the tiny balcony that was accessed through the dining room window, very "Breakfast at Tiffany". We took as many pictures of the loft as we did some tourist sites.
The loft is about a ten minute walk from the subway station, so getting around London was easy.

We had a great experience - such a large space and we loved the loft spaces where we could get away from each other but still be close by if needed:) The neighborhood is fun- perfect for young adults...maybe a little remote if you are doing a lot of site seeing, but we loved the vibe and felt very at home. It would be great if they had a cloths dryer, but that seems to be uncommon in European rentals! We would definitely stay there again:)

We were 6 adults and stayed for 3 nights.
Fantastic atmosphere and convenient location.
We were surprised by the amount of small details throughout the apartment that had all been well thought out.
We loved the mez level bedrooms and everyone slept very well.
The experience was a true London encounter.
Would highly recommend to anybody seeking a dose of bohemian lifestyle. -

The loft was above and beyond our expectations. The loft with it's super cool decor, with every amenity we needed, and lots of room, was just the perfect place for myself and a few friends to stay while we were in London. The location was great, close to a tube stop, with lots of bars and food to choose from. The owners were so friendly and accommodating, and were available for help if we needed them. I would recommend this loft to anyone! Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is ideal, perfectly decorated in a vintage style, the photos show it as it is. It is well connected, just 10 minutes from Old Street Station and 20 from Liverpool St. Station and Shoreditch market. Located in Hoxton area, one of the liveliest of London. The apartment accommodates up to 8 people, has two double beds, one single and three sofa beds. The beds are on a mezzanine, but are fully accessible. In the kitchen there is everything you need, like in the bathroom; There are wifi, cable TV, stereo, dvd. There is at the disposal of the guests information about the city, books, board games, including a beautiful aquarium with fishes.
Loft is very bright and well equipped, and warm. We loved it and recommend it. The owner, Dennis, lives next door and works downstairs, and it's very helpful and kind. -

All amenities were top draw and the location has to be one of Londons most ammenable and vibrant areas with every kind of entertainment on the doostep.....clean and fresh place to visit London
