The location of the flat is great, could not dream better!
The home is really big and everything is inside, even heating in the bathroom. Cleanliness was also good when we arrived.
The service was good, it was easy to check in and easy to check out.
I loved the location and all little details like coffee or tea already in the kitchen.
Unfortunately, it is very noisy because of the old windows. -

This is the second time we have used Home from Home while visiting London, and both flats were wonderful. My only recommendation to the company is it's very nice how the prior occupants leave things for the following occupants such as coffee and shampoo (folks don't need to return home with supplies they bought for their stay, and it's very homey to arrive to an apartment with certain basics such as sugar and toothpaste etc.) but please clean out the bathroom cupboards of things no-one would use because there are some strange old toiletry items in there. I would also recommend cleaning out the weird odds and ends in the closets such as a broken electrical plug, etc. -- it's just excess junk. And toss any chipped dishes in the kitchen! Otherwise the place is just great and we loved it!

Check-in was a breeze. We were met at the airport at 10 am by a driver who took us directly to the apartment and gave us the keys. The home was larger than one we expected from the on-line pictures. It was clean and very comfortable. The location was superb being close to the tube, grocery store and plenty of excellent restaurants. We rented a "dongle" to get internet access. What I liked best: location, size, comfort, cleanliness of the apt and the staff from Home from Home. What I liked least: there was a glitch in our pick up (arranged by Home from Home) at the end of the stay but we still arrived at the station in time to catch our train.
