SydneyComfort and convenience, what more could you ask?

Excellent in every respect with all the facilities needed to ensure a comfortable stay, with the exception of a shower, however an enormous bath and a hand held unit made up for that.

We were in London for a conference. This apartment is a perfect solution. It is well furnished, easy to get to via all transportation. The back yard faces a tube stop and bus stop on Bayswater. Lots of tiny little restaurants within a two block radius. One bus stop puts you at Camden Hill and Bayswater intersection which provides you with everything. Walk one block south and you are in beautiful Holland Park.
The apartment faces tiny Holland Park street which is very quiet and also very pretty in a classic London way. We will definitely try to get this apartment when we return to London. -

The service, location and amenities were superb. I loved the fact that the apartment was just like being at home, it was warm and welcoming and after a long haul flight was exactly what I needed to relax and re energise, really lovely and I will hope to be back in November.

The pre-visit service and communications were prompt and helpful; check-in was quick and easy. The flat was an ideal size, located on a very quiet street with easy access to Central Line. Bed- and bathroom were very nice and a lovely sitting room with a very convenient ottoman (pictured) made the limited time in the flat extremely pleasant. Would love to return to same place soon.

Daytona Beach, FLGreat location, cozy home!

Elegant quiet building, comfortable furnishings, large bathroom, lots of great books to read. Bed is comfortable, kitchen is small but functional. Great internet service & TV reception. A few things could be improved to get a 4th star from me: a collapsible drying rack (stored under the bed), replacement of bedroom dresser, fewer personal decorative items (to leave more room for tenant's stuff), and more freed up cupboard space -- all very easy and inexpensive to achieve. Wonderful access to grocery, restaurants, bus & tube.

The whole experience is very satisfying. The remarkable efficiency in booking, executing small requests, financial transactions is pleasing. The pick up facility from the airport is amazing and getting to the flat is very easy eapecially after a tiring flight. The apartment is cozy, well maintained and well appointed. It is pleasingly clean and warmly welcomes one. One person can cook small meals very comfortably in the charming kitchen. The living room is cozy and comfortable. the home has an amazing collection of books including cooking books by internationally renowned cooks like Delia Smith and Nigella!
There are a reasonable number of stairs to climb to get to the apartment.
The flat is supberbly located. The Holland Park Underground Station is bang opposite so are numerous bus stops. An absolutely wonderful row of shops including Lidgate London's famouse butcher, Daunt Books, Maison Blanc Patisserie, Bombay Bicycle Club a charming Indian Restaurant and an extraordinarily convenient Tesco makes everything so convenient.
One can walk to Notting Hill Gate, Portobello Road, Kensington High Street, Kensington Garden, Holland Park from here. Additionally a tube whisks one away to any location under 20 min. flat!
A week in this flat and its spectacular surroundings fulfils your dream of living in London. It can make your Notting Hill experience come true! -

Vancouver, CanadaCozy flat and great neighbourhood
Left on 07/21/2011 for a stay in May 2011
Things you'll like: Cute, cozy and clean 1 bedroom apartment.
About a 10-20 minute tube ride to most central attractions in London with 0, 1 or 2 transfers. Nearest tube station is about a 4 minute walk from the flat just around the corner.
The building is located in a beautiful neighbourhood (just look at Google streetview of Holland Park, Kensington to get an idea) with the lovely Holland Park only minutes away on foot.
Included and good internet connection, laundry, kitchen, iron, hairdryer.
Things you may not like: It is quite small (living room and kitchen), so maybe not great for everyone. But, keep in mind a London hotel downtown is likely to be a shoe-box.
There is no stand up shower, only a bathtub with a hand held shower-head.
It is on the third floor (so if you don't like stairs, you might not like this).
Hope this review was helpful! We were very happy with our choice.
Cheers!
