The apartment was light, spacious, clean and stylish, and within easy walking distance of the V&A;, South Kensington and Chelsea shopping areas, a range of enticing restaurants and the tube. Dappled sun streamed through the trees into the lounge/dining area, the kitchen had everything needed to cook a good meal, and having a washing machine/dryer was a boon after travelling for a month in Europe.
The apartment and general area also felt very secure and safe for a woman travelling alone. As I arrived out of office hours, it was extremely helpful to have the agency's taxi driver meet me at the airport, drive me to the apartment, carry my bags, show me around the rooms, explain the equipment and advise me on local attractions and train and bus routes.
All told, the apartment and the agency support were everything I had hoped to find, and I've already recommended Homefromhome to friends. -

Flat was comfortable and elegant, kitchen well equiped and a joy to work in. Owners's things occupied about half of closets and drawer space, but sufficient space remained for our five(!!!) suitcases. Central location superb, close to tube & shops.
Home from Home was wonderfully competent -when a door lock jammed they sent a repairman to fix it right away. Our security depsit was refunded withing a week. All around an excellent flat, and excellent rental agency services. -

A large, quiet, secure, nicely furnished flat in a great location.
My only complaint was the exorbitant clean-out fee of 95 pounds. New renters should hold out for a lower fee, in my opinion, as this is an overpriced surcharge. More typical is 50 pounds maximum in my experience. -

Very convenient for 2, rather small bedroom but ok, nice furniture, lovely decoration, perfect collection of books and music, good location. The only minor issue is that the furniture (cupboards, shelves etc.) is partly not usable (locked) because the landlord's private belongings are stored there. But as said, I would call this a "minor issue". Overall, a highly recommendable place.

This apartment provided us with a relaxed and comfortable base in London with close proximity to public transportation and local shops for supplies. Home From Home were efficient in organising taxis to and from the airport and help with wifi connections. Everything worked as we expected.

The trip was fantastic from pick up at the airport to the arrival at the apartment. The taxi service was excellent and seamless. The apartment was first class in a great location close to many of the main attraction. More importantly for my wife shops. The facilities in the apartment were plentiful the amenities excellent. First Class.
