Changeover day is generally on a Saturday and check-in is anytime after 16.00 and check-out is by 12 midday. For weekday (M - F) arrival early or late check-in/check-out is possible before 7.45hrs or after 17.30hrs.
A security deposit of £300 cash (GBP) is required at check-in and is returned at check-out assuming no major damage.

All cash payments to be made in £ GBP British Pound Sterling

A 20% holding deposit is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due on arrival in cash or one calendar month before arrival. Payment is preferred through PayPal. There is a weekly 20.00GBP charge for electricity and utility usage. A 100GBP cleaning charge will be applied if the apartment is left in an unclean condition. Bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights (although in low season there is some flexibility on minimum booking period).

The building has secure access monitored by a concierge. Upon arrival your will be greeted by Giovanni or Maggie for check-in.

During Your Stay
The apartment and the whole building form non-smoking premises. Smoking in the property may result in a deduction from the deposit of £50.00.
Similarly, any damage to the property or its contents will result in a deduction from the deposit or loss depending on extent of damage.
An inventory will be supplied to you upon arrival. Any items missing or damaged on your departure will result in a deduction to the deposit.
Loss of parking permit/keys/access fobs etc.. will result in £100.00 deduction from your deposit.

Please leave the apartment as you would like to find it. This means the occupier is responsible for cleaning the flat to a reasonable standard. This does not include linen or towels but items such as dishes, pots and pans, cooker and fridge etc.. are to be cleaned and floors are to be vacuumed. All cleaning materials are available on site. Not cleaning before departure will result in a cleaning charge of £100 (GBP) from your deposit.
Check-out will be with either Maggie or Giovanni by arrangement at the end of the stay.
