The location is convenient, situated in the heart of popular Fulham where you can holiday and blend in with the locals at the same time. Nice place to stay
My husband and I stayed here in September and all I can say is the photos are spot on. This flat is about a 5 min walk to the nearest tube station (Putney Bridge), and super close to the Sainsbury (grocery store). The flat is on the top floor of the apartment building so you won't have any noise from above. The minute you walk into the living room you get this 'homey' feeling. The kitchen has all cookware you need to make your meals. The washer and dryer (two separate machines) worked very well, and the refrigerator was larger than most other places we've stayed at.
The area feels safe and 'residential'. You can easily walk over to a restaurant or pick something up at the grocery store for dinner. Be forewarned, if you go down to Fisher's Fish and Chips the 'small' cod and chips is really this huge half a cod (the size of my forearm)! Definately check it out if you love fish and chips.

Aside from a kitchen which could have been better stocked with pots, pans and utensils (including a working coffee pot). The entire experience was absolutely splendid.
The flat was very convenient and beautiful, but could have used an easy chair for a more comfortable sitting room experience.
The bathroom lighting was too dull and the bathroom sink way too small.
Aside from these small issues, I would highly recommend the flat to anyone. The price was perfect, the manager available, friendly and helpful.
You don't need to pay a fortune for good accommodation in London
I spent ages trying to find reasonably priced accommodation in London which wasn't a flea pit or knocking shop. Even poorly reviewed 2 star hotels are charging almost £1000 per couple for a week's B&B.; I had almost given up when I found The London agent, who offer a good selection of private S/C rentals in London which are very competitively priced. The appartment I chose was in Fulham, a vibrant area with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and pubs. It's in Zone 2 of the underground network, so all the attractions of central London are about 20 minutes away (I would recommend getting an Oyster Card and using the tube- buses take a lot longer). The appartment itself is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Massimo, who manages it for the owner, is a gem. Jennifer, from The London agent also offers a great service. Overall, I was delighted with my choice. Yes, it could be a bit nearer to the centre, but to make the most of London, you have to be prepared to put in a bit of footwork.
