The flat was just like the ad said and exactly what we needed for one adult & 2 children. Having a front desk made me feel safer, like a hotel, rather than just an anonymous apartment building, but with the space to self-cater. The only thing it needed was a drying rack, as not everything can be put thru a tumble dryer.
My only issues were with the payment/charging arrangements. The security/damage bond of about 300GBP was taken from my credit card when i paid for the apartment, about a month before our stay and without my knowledge. (Not sure how much damage I could be doing to the place at that point as i was still in australia). It then took a lot of to & fro to get the refund, including lies about it having been processed already, resulting in a bond that was to cover a 5 day stay being held by Danielle for about 2 months (not due to any error or damage on my part). That's not good enough. -

Despite a delayed check-in into Nell Gwynn House due to last minute changes in accommodation, the rest of the stay was perfect. The apartment was very nicely furnished and clean. The location of the apartment was perfect and was a five minute walk from Harrods and both the South Kensington and Sloane Square tube station. Also, the apartment was directly opposite Sainsbury's, which made it very easy to shop and take the food back home. On my next trip to London I will definitely stay in the same apartment and would recommend it to both family and friends.

My Parents, Sister and Brother Inlaw stayed in this property beginning of Oct. The apartment was lovely and in a fantastic location. Only 5 mins walk to the tube station and minutes away from Kings Road. The apartment had everything from washer/dryer to cutlery. It was a home away from home. It even had wi-fi!! Danielle and her team were great and only a phone call away if we needed anything. Would definitey book it again for family/friends.

We rented the one bedroom apartment in Chelsea for a week. It was very close to the tube station, only few blocks walk, and there was a nice grocery store and Starbucks directly across the street. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything you would need, however, it was small. It would be perfect for a couple, but was a bit tight traveling with our two daughters.

You feel like a Londoner in this well-located and well-appointed apartment located conveniently between two tube stops and accessible to so many great haunts in the Chelsea area (including a convenient grocery store across the street). Having wi-fi in the flat was a big plus, and there was everything you need from cultery in the kitchen to a very comfortable bed. Daneille and her team were always just a phone call away to answer questions or resolve problems.

Danielle was wonderful throughout the process in renting this flat. Everything was as she described and as pictures showed. Danielle was instantly responsive whenever I emailed or called before, during, and after our stay. I would definitely book with her again and refer others. This small 1bdrm flat is in a perfect Chelsea location, near S. Kensington tube station. walk to V&A; museum, Harrods, Kings Road, high end neighborhood boutiques, many cafes and restaurants. The apt. fit our needs travelling with our 13 year old daughter. The apt has all mod. cons.you could want including TV, DW, AC conditioning which worked well. In a nicely updated secure buidling on a main street. Reception desk where you retrieve/deposit your key on arrival and departure. Very clean, with modern furnishings with sofabed in LR. Street noise may bother some when windows are open but we didn't mind. The living and bedroom look out to the main street with filtered views through trees which we loved. We loved the fabulous, convenient Sainsbury market across the street for groceries, prepared foods, baked goods. Starbucks directly across the street for those who enjoy. Incredible Indian restaurant across the street. Great neighborhood to walk around. Discovered unique shops. Felt safe walking at all hours. Liked least- Combination W/D was very confusing to use- the manual was no help and things takes forever to dry! The heated towel rack in the bathroom came in handy for drying after waiting for the dryer to dry! Bedroom a bit tight, had to live out of suitcases as there were no chest of drawers or other place to put clothes. Odd odor in small bedroom closet (chemicals? strong spices?) so decided not hang clothes in closet. Suggest improved storage. Although it worked out with our daughter on the sofabed in LR, it might be a bit tight for some and we would probably try to get a 2 bedroom next time for the 3 of us.

On our first to Europe, not sure what to expect but Danielle Green and London Property Rentals exceeded our greatest expectations. First we were offered an incredible deal on a Flat on beautiful Sloane ave which is blocks aways from Herrods and minutes from everything else Ms. Green provided us with more then you can expect services and out trip was incredible. Not sure Ms. Green provided the beautiful weather ( not a drop of rain ) but everything else was P=E=R=F=E=C=T.

We were in London for three weeks during the Christmas Holidays and having this apartment we felt like we had a home away from home. It was very cold this winter in London and so to come back to a nice toasty warm apartment was like heaven. We were very close to everything, the underground, shops, restaurants, and the main tourist sights. Danielle Green could not have been more helpful to us. If ever we needed anything, it was just a phone call away. I would recommend this apartment to anyone going to London. You will love it.

Accomodation was good and as advertised. Location is very good. Public areas of building looked a little tired. Appreciated the broadband internet service. Would have liked the option to have daily cleaning of rooms. Check-in could be better coordinated.
