Additional Location Information
Covent Garden is a district in London on the eastern fringes of the West End, between St. Martin's Lane and Drury Lane. It is associated with the former fruit and vegetable market in the central square, now a popular shopping and tourist site, and the Royal Opera House, which is also known as "Covent Garden". The district is divided by the main thoroughfare of Long Acre, north of which is given over to independent shops centred on Neal's Yard and Seven Dials, while the south contains the central square with its street performers and most of the elegant buildings, theatres and entertainment facilities, including the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, and the London Transport Museum.

both danielle and karen were magnificent to deal with.. i was very sceptical about booking an apartment online, having heard many people being scammed, photos not matching, etc etc...however i took the punt with karen and danielle and they delivered the goods...from the time we arrived at heathrow our driver picked us up drove us to the front door of the appt. and our guy was there waiting for us to show us our place..could not have been easier...this place had everything(except for sky sports!!).covent garden tube was 5 minute walk..leicester square tube was 10 min walk and piccadilly circus was 14 min walk.these are actual times as i did this walk for 18 days...trafalgar square was a 10 min walk..in other words location is fantastic...to karen and danielle many many thanks for giving us your place which we thoroughly enjoyed..from the family from melbourne australia...(yes the school kids do slightly wake you up around 8.30am on weekdays) but by 9.00am its quiet again..but hey thats your wake up call)..would i return there??? in a heartbeat

My wife and two daughters had an excellent stay at this modern, spacious, and very comfortable flat. We could not have been happier. Danielle at London Property Rentals was very patient with my many email inquiries ahead of our booking, and was very easy to work with. We were greeted upon our arrival by a member of the LPR team who went over the flat, appliances, and security.
Really appreciated having a washer/dryer, which we were quick to use. There is a Tesco express (24hr) about five minutes to the southwest that I went to fill our fridge. Excellent in every way!
My daughters would have given strong consideration to trade our home in Mn for living in London and Covent Garden at this flat. It is a 10 minute walk to the CG tube station, but a delightful walk indeed.
I would stay here again and again... You will not be disappointed.
If I have to provide one critique - if you were a late night parties and thus needed to sleep in deep into the morning, you'd find school kids playing out your window starting about 8:30am from the adjacent school. That said - get up, grab a coffee, and go see London!

We stayed here for one week over New Years. The location cannot be beat and despite being only a couple of minutes from Covent Garden it is very quiet.
We were a family of five and were very comfortable in two bedrooms. The furnishings were a bit sparse and the decor "mimimalist", but I suspect this is due to it being a very recent acquisition by the owner. Also - don't expect this to be a "penthouse" - it's on the second floor of a building that's at least 5 stories!
We were a little frustrated with communication with the owner after we had paid. Communication was great before we had paid in full, but afterwards she was a bit slow to respond to questions/emails, which made us a bit nervous. However in the end everything worked out fine.
Pros: Location, cleanliness, security, quiet, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with laundry(except for no bottle opener!), driver in from Heathrow (Bill); free, fast WiFi.
Cons: No electrical outlets in bathrooms for hair dryers (is this a British Electrical Code thing?) but also no mirrors anywhere close to electrical outlets; sparse decor (didn't matter much to us as we weren't there much); could use something to play music on such as an ipod dock; driver back to Heathrow was not pleasant (don't recall his name) -

We were originally booked into another apartment, but London Property Services swapped us at the last minute because of plumbing problems. Must say we lucked in on this one for location - close walk to theatres, restaurants and Covent Gardens; close to good choice of Tube and buses.
Apartment is lovely and new, however, could do with a few minor adjustments i.e. toilet roll holders, lighting in the bedrooms (none apartment from lamps!) and some better window coverings as the school next door occasionally left their spotlights on. On the plus sides, beds were very comfy; plenty of linen; well equipped kitchen; free wifi; separate washer and dryer.
All in all, would recommend using LPS for their professionalism and cool thinking (thank you Danielle) and especially the wonderful Bill who was our transfer to and from the airport and for his spot on reccommendations!
