This is a very nice flat in a very nice neighborhood. I traveled with my family this summer and stayed here for five days. Danielle was very accommodating; helping to arrange transport from to and the airport, as well, supplying an air mattress for my niece. It was much appreciated. The building has a 24hr doorman and is located right across the street from a supermarket and bus stop. Great location! However, it has been over 3 months since my trip and I still haven't received my 300 pound security deposit back. I will happily change my rating if I receive my approx 450 dollars.

Loved the flat and the location. The porters were very helpful and kind. Would definately stay here again. Many amenities close by and the tube only a 10 min walk. Would have liked the air conditioner to have worked better, a little stuffy and noisy with the windows open.

My wife and I stayed a week at this apartment and it was a great choice. It was very nice to have more room than the typical hotel and having a market across the street was very convenient. It was clean, well-appointed and quiet. It's about 5 or 6 blocks from the tube. This is a very high-end area (lots of Rolls, Bentley and aston Martins) and many of the restaurants are pricy. We would definitely stay there again.

A group of women went to London to have an incredible vacation...and we did!
The flat is located in Chelsea and requires only one tube line from the airport. It's about a 5 minute walk from South Kensington Station.
Nicely decorated, the flat is small but well equipped. There is one good sized bedroom with lots of shelves and cubbies in a large clothes closet. The livingroom has a pull out couch (the mattress wasn't the greatest) and a sectional piece attached (that was quite comfortable). We were very cozy.
Danielle was very helpful with regards to making all the arrangements and returned phone calls and emails very quickly. Everything went seamlessly.
The only downside (very minor), we had to wait over a couple of months to receive the security deposit back. -

An extremely comfortable and convenient place to stay in the heart of a trendy yet classic part of London. Minutes to great shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as stations and bus routes. Modern and well maintained apartment in serviced building, with everything needed for a seamless stay. Wonderful service and care from Danielle in terms of booking and ensuring our stay was perfect while there. Would not hesitate to return.

This flat is an amazing value for a family traveling to London. Location, location, location! Grocery, pharmacy and StarBucks adjacent to the flat, South Kensington Tube two blocks away and super restaurants all around. Harrod's and its food court a 5 minute walk from the flat. What more could you ask for?
