The flat is amazing - good space especially in the shared areas. We were there are 3 adults and 2 young children - which was a bit of a push on the bedroom space but was completely workable. Extra towels, beddings and two sets of keys were made available, all of which helped in our comfort.
The location is fabulous - lots of restaurants, shops, pubs and the like, plus you can walk to many of the other great neighborhoods for more of the same.
Poised Concierge provided great service - by email and in person - answering questions and setting up early check-in as well as allowing us to leave our bags in the apartment until our taxi pick-up time.
Highly recommend the flat and would stay there again over a hotel next time in London. It was just great to not be restricted to stuffy hotel lobbies or our individual rooms but to have the freedom that an apartment provides. -

We enjoyed our stay. The flat was extremely clean and had everything and more. Warmly colour interior with very comfortable bed. I could not have asked for more.
Being in the west end meant we were right in the centre of it all. We literarily walked everywhere.
