The location is convenient, situated in the heart of popular Fulham where you can holiday and blend in with the locals at the same time. Fulham is a vibrant and affluent area which borders Chelsea and Kensington. You will have quick and easy access to Hammersmith, Fulham Broadway, Putney, Wimbledon and Chelsea. The famous museums of South Kensington and the fabulous shops of Knightsbridge and Chelsea are within 15 minutes by bus.

There is a well-known fresh produce market down the road on North End Road and local shops and bistro's as you walk out of your door! If you happen to be a soccer fan, Fulham has not one but two famous football stadiums: Craven Cottage home to Fulham FC and Stamford Bridge home to Chelsea FC.

A great location to take advantage of facilities in both Putney and Fulham and to watch the annual boat race if you are in town at the time. Hurlingham Park and Bishops Park are both a short walk away and are convenient green spaces to recharge and relax.

  This was a fabulous place, very comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again. There are several supermarkets very nearby which sell everything that you are likely to need. We stayed for 8 days and had grown up family with us for part of the time and there was plenty of room. If I had a criticism, it would be that it is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the underground station.

  Nice Flat near London

  Our flight was delayed, so we arrived 7 hours late. Even so we were met and oriented at the flat upon arrival. Due to heavy rains, there was a minor leak in the bathroom light fixture and we had a slight issue when the water heater shut off. (Once we contacted the manager, this was quickly remedied). The home was spotless; it is small but spread out over three levels...plenty of room for the 4 of us. Having the use of a washer and dryer was wonderful, but for U.S. citizens, not quite as efficient as we are used to. There is a convenience store around the corner which was great for picking up the basics. The nearest underground station was at least a mile away, so we relied on buses as well as trains to explore the city. My favorite thing about the apartment was the space and cleanliness. My least favorite thing was the sisal flooring. We were asked to remove our shoes as to not bother the resident below us, but the floor covering throughout the flat was painful to walk on in socks or bare feet. I'd recommend bringing slippers:)
