This London location is unique: directly at Shoreditch's Hoxton Square! (Wikipedia: Formerly home to industrial premises, since the 1990s it has become the heart of the Hoxton arts and media scene, as well as being a hub of the thriving local entertainment district. Since the year 2000 the square's buildings, largely of Victorian vintage, have become host to a variety of bars, restaurants and clubs. In the summer, the square is extremely popular).

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful trip to London. Susan's Loft in Hoxton
Square was a wonderful spot for us to be. It was a great apt for 5 people
with plenty of room and so wonderful designed. The location was perfect.
Close to Old Street Tube stop, as well as Liverpool Station stop. It was
centrally located and in a great area to explore. Susan was lovely to work
with. She was great at responding to my questions and emails before I
booked. This was an easy and smooth transaction that I would do all over
again. Many people have already asked me about the place so I have sent them
to the sight to check it out. Thanks Susan! -

My first trip to london was awesome, and most of it had to do with where we
stayed. If you enjoy being in a lively part of town with tons of things to
do, I highly recommend this place. Great restaurants, nightlife, markets,
close locations to tube stops, and much much more. Thanks for the very
convenient stay at an extraordinary place in an amazing Design-Loft! See you

The flat is in a great location, right in Hoxton Square, above a nice restaurant and bar. There are a ton of restaurants and bars nearby, cute breakfast places (much like San Francisco), a great park right at your doorstep!
The flat has everything you need, including wifi and washing machine.
Most amazing was Susann, helping to plan our trip, make it easy for someone to meet us at our specific times, and constantly checking in to make sure everything was set with our trip and that we did not need anything. Nice, welcoming, helpful, you name it.
The flat is safe, beautiful, huge, light, modern and in a great location. It's especially dynamic for those who enjoy hip nightlife and good food. It reminded me of a hip neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY :) -

]This Loft was a perfect alternative to a hotel. Less expensive, more space,
individual and well designed and easy going hosts. We spent a lot of time in
making the right decision as there are hundreds of flats in London and this
one turned out to be the best choice.
Having never traveled to London, we found Susann to be very helpful and
responsive in providing information about the Loft. She arranged an early
check-in and late check-out. Her associate, Imaan met us at the apartment
and was absolutely delightful and professional. Everything couldn't have
gone any better.
This apartment is huge, the master bedroom with super king size bed has
memory foam mattress, in the second bedroom is a comfortable queen size bed
and another huge and incredible comfortable sofa.
One of the reason for the Loft was the area - so fashionable and lively...
this is the right place to be and to understand what really happens in
London.
I would live to come back as quick as possible. -

We, my family with two kids and my sister-in-law, were staying at Hoxton Square for about a week. We all loved the apartment and the area. It's a great location.
Thank you Susan for the warm welcome and all the advice you gave us.
The flat is very big and bright and the living area is perfect as it can be divided into two sections, one for us adults having a glass of wine and a chat and the other for the kids checking out English TV and watching a DVD. There are two sofas and a big dining table and plenty of room.
The kitchen offered all we need for having breakfast and cooking dinner, even a modern espresso maker. Needless to say there is a washing machine and a dishwasher and it all works fine. The bathroom has separated shower.
Everything was clean and the host provided a perfect service.
To keep it short: Highly recommended.
