This high-quality, self-contained holiday flat is in the centre of London, moments from the north side of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Ideally located for the West End and all its tourist attractions, its theatres and shopping districts. A beautiful walk through the park to Exhibition Road, London's ''Museum Mile". Only ten minutes away from Notting Hill Gate and its famous Portobello Market. Five minutes from Queensway and its comprehensive shops and restaurants. Equidistant from Queensway, Bayswater , Lancaster Gate and Paddington underground stations and surrounded by numerous bus routes, our location makes it very easy to navigate ar...ound London. Paddington is also London's main train for destinations westward taking you to Oxford, Bath, Plymouth, Cornwall and Devon, Stonehenge and Wiltshire, Cardiff and Wales! There is also the Paddington to Heathrow Express which takes you to the airport in just 15 minutes.

Staying with us allows you to enjoy a traditional English experience, as our apartments are located within the charm of Victorian period buildings, complete with cornicing and Morris wallpaper designs, but are equipped with all the necessary mod-cons, from wifi to washing machines.

This is a large (double) studio suitable for two people. It is a basement flat, but full of natural light as there is a patio courtyard. It is also at the back of the building so very safe and quiet. There is a small kitchenette with two hobbs and a mini microwave oven-grill combo and it is equipped with everything you need to cook with! There is a toilet and shower room.

We have been in the business of holiday letting and keeping visitors happy for over 40 years: our office is located a step away from all our apartments, and we are happy to help in any way we can, from booking taxis and theatre-tickets to advising on where to buy a particular item. Please note that I do not accept credit cards. I will also need a deposit to hold the flat, which will act as a deposit during your stay and will be fully refunded to you on your day of departure. This will be £ 250.00, please see Security Deposit.
