My husband, teenage daughter and I stayed here for a weeks vacation in February. We loved it, and would/will stay there again! The location is fantastic - 5 minutes from the tube, 3 minutes from a good market, and 10 minutes from the Camden Lock Market. The flat is on a quiet street as advertised, and well stocked including guide books, a cellphone, and umbrella. Anand and company were wonderful to work with. Two suggestions from our trip:
1. Have anand show you how the flat key, towel warmer, washing machine, and tv/dvd player work if you're from the States. They are different then what we are used to.
2. I would recommend taking the London Walks tour of Camden Town - it was a great way to learn about this funky area, especially where to go in the markets. -

This is both a charming and well renovated self-contained apartment that ideally suited my family of 4 (2 young children), for a 1 week stay over Christmas. From our late night arrival & check in nothing was too much trouble for the owner who assisted our every need. The location is great with only a short walk to train or bus, shops and a supermarket. The feel of the area was charming, safe and very "London authentic". We would be very pleased to return to this property on future visits to London.

We were very happy with the service we received and the apartment. The apartment was perfect for a weekend break, the welcome wine was a lovely touch aespecially as we had booked the weekend for my daughters 18th birthday. Very handy for the tube and overland rail, fantastic location and at the time of our visit it was a fifth of the price of a bog standard central london hotel. Will definately consider again for any furture trips to the capital.

We spent a week here and everything was modern and worked really well. It has everything you need to stay comfortably. We also enjoyed the area and there are plenty of useful facilities and shops very nearby. Not only is the tube close but the buses for the central London tourist attractions are even closer and very frequent like the tube.

Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento, estå muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de Cadem Town y de su famoso mercadillo,tambiÊn esta cerca del supermercado Sainsbury´s, la limpieza del apartamento y el orden han sido excelentes, muy bien decorado, todo bastante nuevo, el trato recibido por el Sr. Anand ha sido muy bueno. No tengo criticas negativas.

This wonderful flat is just as it appears in the pictures.. Very well appointed.. The shower is fantastic as is the radiant floor heating..
Having a tv in the bedroom and living room is nice!
There are lots of remotes for electronics in living room and that took some figuring out.. Bedroom remote was super easy...
The washer/dryer is really great to have in the flat..
Kitchen is fantastic!!!

We spent a week in November at the flat, and were very impressed with the size, cleanliness, and facilities at our disposal.The bed was comfortable, the flat was warm, the furniture was comfortable, the entertainment and connectivity was great (big Tv's and reasonably fast internet). The kitchen was well furnished, and the appliances were almost new at our stay.
The female half of the crew was most impressed by the bathroom, which was outstanding by american, let alone European standards. Plenty of water, and hot water at that.
The neighborhood was good, and it was convenient to Camden, groceries very close at hand, and all the shopping you could ever want... We didn't have a car, and did not really need one, tube access was about a 10 minute walk. Great pubs and restaurants, shout out to the Tapas bar just down the road.
Service was outstanding, they were there to meet us, and available if we had any needs. We have rented many places, and this place is a top notch value. Five lizards from the staff of Le Guide Lezarde. -

Stayed here for a few days in September. Apartment is lovely with everything that you need, even a Payg mobile is available. we didnt need it but it would be really handy for guest from further afield. Comfy bed, nice shower and as a whole apartment very modern and clean. very close to a sainsburys supermarket too. Owner was very helpful and acommodated our early check in and late departute. Very close to the tube and Camden Market. Will def book again if i return to Camden but would also recommend to others!

the apartment was absoloutly perfect for all our needs! we stayed for 6 nights and had a really great time! just a 2 minute walk to the tube which took us to all the central places in London. the apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable! Anand the owner was very helpful with all our questions and needs!

This flat was very comfortable, clean and convenient to tube and local supermarket. It is just as nice as it looks in the photos. The owner has thought of quite a few small extras which were appreciated. Local maps and brochures, coffee, sugar and washing detergent provided along with a welcome pack. Local mobile phone and sim which the guests could top up and borrow was a great idea even though we didn't use it as we weren't staying long enough. Good free wifi and two excellent tvs with cable (one in bedroom) which our teenage son appreciated after long days of sight seeing. Camden Town was not our first choice of areas in London however we were pleasantly surprised and thought this flat very good value for the quality of accommodation compared to others we were looking at.

We rented this Camden Town flat from anand Panjabi at Club Living. The apartment is situated just off Camden Town road. Our stay was in the first week of October which set records for London temperature. We had to sleep with windows open which was a little noisy due to the proximity of busy Camden Town road. This is a one bedroom flat with a convertible sofa futon bed. The flat is nicely appointed with satellite TVs in both the bedroom and living room. The bedroom has a good comfortable queen size bed. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment. The bathroom is very modern and quite large for a London flat. The feeling was this apartment had been recently upgrade with the latest fixtures. The Living/Kitchen area is small but typical for a city flat. Again all appliances appeared to have been recently installed. The kitchen contains a full size refrigerator and all the small appliances one will need for making meals. A good selection of teas and coffees were provided. The apartment includes a combination washer/dyer. For anyone not use to using these machines be prepared to spend extra time doing laundry as they take forever but is very handy when traveling light and needing to do a wash up.
Positives are the location in the funky eclectic neighborhood of Camden Town. Easy walking distance to the London tube. Functional apartment for a long term stay.. Value for money. London is expensive and this apartment was expensive as well but I believe it was valued appropriately compared to similar properties I reviewed. Mr anand Panjabi and his staff are professional and responsive.
Negatives. There were minor condition problems with the window locks. And the shower drain was not cleaned properly but this was easily remedy once we located the blockage. We had and issue with the satellite TV on our few days in the flat which Mr Panjabi tried to resolve but it was really out his hands. All of these minor issues had no impact on our stay and we would be happy to rent again from Mr Panjabi.
We found this apartment through the Homeaway website. All booking transactions for this flat were completed via PayPal. Mr. Panjabi returned our full deposit in a prompt manner. All emails and telephone inquires with Mr. Panjabi and his staff were answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend Club Living for a London vacation rental. -

This flat in Camden was wonderful. I had looked for weeks before deciding on this property. Main decision was made due to email communications with anand. He was very straight forward, nothing is hidden and he was very prompt in responding to questions. There is a grocery store just on the opposite corner and the underground is just a few minute walk from the flat. We had a rough travel experience, but once we arrived in England we felt at home with anand and he offered to assist us with our delayed baggage and anything else that he could. Wonderful flat with a great host, you cannot go wrong.

This is a wonderful, spacious, contemporary 1-bedroom flat. It fully met all of our needs, even with a friend dropping by (slept on the fold out couch and found it very comfortable). Has everything you could want/need for your stay. Very close to tube station and a Sainsbury's (grocery store). We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back next time we're in London!

This flat is very recently renovated and was very stylishly appointed. Location was a short walk to the Camden Town tube station and nearby to the market - which is a must see. Anand at Club Living manages the property and was truly awesome - he met us at the tube station, helped us find the flat(which wasn't hard). Great value as well. Tucked away on a quiet street by the canal - we had our 2 small children and the place worked great for our week stay..

I visited London with my father in July 2011, and opted to rent a flat for five days instead of a hotel. I was thoroughly pleased with the result. The flat was reasonably priced for London, very clean, and close to markets, restaurants, and the Underground. Though the flat is small, the fold-out couch and ability to close strategic doors ensures a sense of privacy that you can not get in a hotel room of a similar price. Also, the ability to cook and store food was a big bonus.
Anand was extremely professional and helpful, as he patiently answered requests and questions I had before the trip. I would definitely recommend this rental. -

top notch! arrival was sweet. the abode brand new. it was very clean and neat and the host, Anand, was incredibly helpful with queries and super-quick to respond to requests. loved the place inside and out and it was the perfect location - very close to the Tube Station, which was handy because of the proximity to some of my business meetings. tons of amenities nearby. and speaking of business - free wifi which worked flawlessly. in short, very recommended!

Stayed at the apartment for 6 nights with my mother and teenage daughter.
Due to frequent changes to our plans, did not reserve the apartment in advance, instead contacted the owner at our arrival to London. Despite the last minute notice, Anand made all possible to make the apartment available to us, also have been very patient with some issues with payment (paypal did not let the payment through).
Loved the apartment which is nicely designed and neat, pleasant to be at. All new, fresh and stylish, wi-fi is available. Very convenient central location, couple block from Camden Town tube station. Supermarket is across the street, bank and restaurants are 5 min walk away. Anand was very responsive to all our needs, very helpful.
