Prices are for 8 people. A £50 surcharge applies for 2-3-night bookings in certain rate periods to be advised in the quote. Fees include linen, towels, central heating, electricity, Sky satellite TV, water, tax, telephone and WiFi. Additional charge of £75 for fees and taxes applies to each booking. Cleaning is also included as long as the flat is left clean and tidy, with dishes in the dishwasher and rubbish outside.

Parking can be arranged in the street for £6.70 a day (current council charge).

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking, and the balance must be received 45 days before arrival. Charges incurred from credit cards of 1.4% for the UK, 1.9% for Europe and 2.4% for the rest of the world and will be taken out of the deposit.

A security deposit of £250 is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 2 weeks prior to arrival if you wish to make 3 payments) and will be returned within 7 days of departure (to allow for credit card company reversal time).

Cancellation conditions:
30% of full amount if cancelled 45 days or more before arrival
50% of full amount if cancelled 30-45 days before arrival
100% of full amount if cancelled less than 30 days before arrival

Check in from 3pm and checkout 10am. Early and late check-ins can be accommodated on request.
