No-quibble cool-off period. Provided you book more than seven days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking no questions asked within 24 hours of making it, and we will refund 100% of any charges. Early cancellation. If you cancel earlier than 2 weeks before you are due to arrive, we will charge you 50% of the cost of your stay. Late cancellation. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your stay, we will try to offer the home to someone else. If we are successful we will offer a partial refund of the cost of your booking (less our admin charges).

We stayed at Charles St for a week inJune.
On arrival tee were met at the property as planned by a rep who explained the set up and provided us with the free iPhone for the stay (great idea). He also said that there was problem with the shower, which after couple of hours the workmen attending when we arrived were unable to fix. Next morning there was no hot water and so we could not even use the bath. Problem was dealt with immediately and a temporary but effective fix made to the shower - and a rate reduction provided - while it was mildly inconvenient, we were pleased with the response.
no further issue. Place is small and old fashioned. Street is generally quiet but there was some late night conversation outside. It is up two flights of stairs, so not suitable for those with difficulty climbing stairs. The bed is comfortable and the weekly house keeeping is efficient and thorough. The kitchen is minute but everything is there for an occasional meal. The bathroom was fine after the initial issues.
Location can't be beaten for convenience.
OFS organized a car to take us to the airport at a competitive rate.
