No-quibble cool-off period. Provided you book more than seven days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking no questions asked within 24 hours of making it, and we will refund 100% of any charges. Early cancellation. If you cancel earlier than 2 weeks before you are due to arrive, we will charge you 50% of the cost of your stay. Late cancellation. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your stay, we will try to offer the home to someone else. If we are successful we will offer a partial refund of the cost of your booking (less our admin charges).

This was a fabulous property - even bigger than how it appears on the website. Beautiful fixtures and fittings, extremely comfortable. Right in the heart of London but amazingly a very quiet street, especially early in the mornings when you are after a sleep in. Felt like we were so well looked after, arrival pack, flowers, cleaners were amazing. I look at the pictures of the apartment now and actually miss it, as if it was my own home.
