London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years. This property is offered as a comfortable alternative to a High Rise Hotel .
Right in the heart of everything in the center of central London.
The apartment is on the first floor, up one flight of stairs. There are three double bedroom, all with queen size beds, built in cupboards, and lots of light.
The master bedroom is to the back of the building and has an en suite bathroom.

Stay was great. Staff was very accommodating with a late check out, and helping when my friend left his phone in the pick up car. Flat was nice and clean. Very convenient location. Would stay here again and would recommend it.

This apartment is comfortable and well-equipped but the key positive is its position near Picadilly Circus, and I do mean near. From the front window you can sight the lights of Picadilly. This place is a bus and underground hub and it is easy to go anywhere in London from close to your apartment.
Yes there is a little noise on weekends from the crowds but we were relatively unaffected by this. Couple of flights of stairs on entry but not too arduous. Recommended.
Only negative - too few chairs for 6 adult persons but there were 2 bar stools in the kitchen with which we made do. -

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday and we were very pleased with the location and the condition of the flat. In addition the team from London Guest Suites were a pleasure to work with - they went out of their way to ensure that we had a great experience.
