Additional notes from owner
Usually there is a Minimum of 5 nights (4 nights January, February and March). The rates are FULLY INCLUSIVE. The rates include clean towels and linen change and, if reserved for two weeks or more, these are changed and the apartment cleaned weekly. Your greeter will greet you at the property and show you round the flat. He or she will also answer any questions you have about the area. You will need to pay the greeter 50 Pounds for greeting and cleaning if you arrive during the day (10AM to 8PM) or 70 pounds for later or earlier if available.
There are no other charges except a credit card fee of 2.4% if you pay the balance by credit card instead of bank transfer or UK cheque (both of which are free). The initial full payment or a deposit can be paid by credit card without any fee. You should pay your own bank charges for international bank transfers.
A £250 or £500 deposit (depending on booking length) is required to reserve the property. The property is not reserved until this is confirmed as received. This is not refunded should you cancel unless all the nights are rebooked by someone else.
The balance is due six weeks before arrival. If your arrival is within two months I would normally ask for full payment at the time of booking.

Manhattan, New York, United StatesSimply amazing!!!
Left on 12/15/2012 for a stay in December 2012
One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in while vacationing. Well appointed kitchen and apartment. Everything a traveler could want in one very comfortable space. The Greeter was very nice, helpful and informative. The location cannot be beat, right in the heart of everything. Will be staying here again. Easy Wi-Fi set up. Nice large tv. Great shower. Immaculate bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Easy .walk to London Eye, and other site. Easy walk to the Tube for longer travel destinations. One of the most impressive things, even on a busy street, the apartment is very quiet. Look forward to returning again soon.

LondonA fantastic week!
Left on 10/18/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Stayed here for 5 days in July just as a treat. The flat is immaculate, the terrace a real bonus for being in the heart of Soho. Was amazed at how peaceful it was considering its location. The flat had everything you could want for the week, spotlessly clean with fresh linen and towels. The bed was so comfortable! And kitchen/bathroom had all the mod cons. The location is second to none, all hotspots of London within easy reach. All in all a thoroughly recommended place to stay which allows you to shut yourself away in real luxury and also enjoy the 'noise' of London Town!

bloomfield, nyGreat Rental Experience
Left on 03/26/2012 for a stay in March 2012
The flat was well appointed with comfortable furniture, appliances and kitchen utencils. We had a problem with the shower and it was handled quickly (within 3 hours) and totally to our satisfaction. The location was exceptional, its in the heart of Soho and the theater district there are restaurants galore to enjoy (and since its in the theater district the restaurants are open all day). Compton street is a bustling street but the flat is in the back so we were never disturbed by street sounds.
My only caution is (like most european apartments) there is no lift so if you are in poor health -think twice. -

Tulsa, OK, USAGreat Place, Great Location!
Left on 01/10/2012 for a stay in December 2011
We had an awesome time staying at this place, it was perfect for us. We love the location, it is in the middle of everything that counts in London and it doesn't make you feel like a tourist. You are close to many theaters and more than one tube stop. I definately hope to stay here again.

This spotless one bedroom apartment has the perfect central location. Located in Soho and close to Covent Garden and Lecister Square. All facilities are first class and the superb terrace is the icing on the cake. The property managers offer excellent service. Highly recommended.

ParisSuperb flat in the center of Soho
Left on 01/07/2012 for a stay in June 2011
The flat is nearly perfect.
A very central location in a very animated district.
Everything was clean and exactly as described.
The terrace is just amazing, large and very quiet.
The only small drawback is the 4th floor without elevator, but the flat really worth it anyway!
We had a very nice and pleasant stay, and we will recommend the place to friends! -

GlasgowConvenient and pleasant flat.
Left on 01/07/2012 for a stay in August 2011
The property is clean, well-equipped and maintained and surprisingly quiet for the area. The local is ideal for theatre and central London generally. Some couples may find it on the small side, but otherwise perfect for a longish stay.

Adelaide, South AustraliaExcellent Soho apartment - Perfect location
Left on 01/06/2012 for a stay in June 2011
We were attracted to this apartment by the central location, the appeal of the outside deck, the extensive facilities and the list of highly rating reviews. We enjoyed a fantastic week in early June 2011 and the apartment certainly delivered in all aspects - we would rate as "excellent”.
London is a great city for exploring on foot and the Soho address was the perfect central location to see all the major attractions. We were able to walk everywhere and also have the option of the convenient public transport to return back "home”. In addition there is an amazing choice of entertainment and food outlets right at your doorstep.
The large opening doors to the deck give the apartment a great atmosphere. Soon after arriving, we were enjoying champagne and strawberries sitting out on the deck. We also made use of the kitchen facilities in the apartment to prepare some meals to have outside. All of the facilities and furnishings made the apartment feel very comfortable. The safe and the fast WiFi internet were much appreciated.
Despite the hive of activity down below on the streets, the apartment was very quiet. There was no noise at all - all very secure. Although on the 4th floor, we found that the stairs were easy to use.
At all stages of interaction with the owner - from booking to pre and post arrival - we were kept well informed and instructed, which made us feel comfortable with our choice.
Thankyou for contributing to our brilliant week in London.Response from Robert Airton - 01/07/2012
