The studio apartment is in Fitrovia in the centre of London, within walking distance to Oxford Street, London's main shopping street, but also close to the lovely Regents Park. The apartment has recently been fully refurbished and added to Trip Advisor. We have other apartments that have been on here longer with more reviews. Please ask for details. This apartment is like a very smart hotel room but better value and with a small kitchenette. There is no separate living room but there is a sofa.

It is walkable to many of the tourist locations including Oxford Street, Regents Park, the restaurants and bars in trendy Charlotte Street and Madame Tussauds. I found this place via trip advisor & made the booking using this site. All my emails to Michelle were meet with pleasant & informative info. Our arrival was very early & we were meet by Michelle & David who took care of our bags until we could take over the room at 1pm due to being occupied the night before. On check in Michelle gave us a great run down of the place & of things to do in London. Thanks Michelle it was a great start to our stay. She is a treasure & we had a great chat. The room itself is well equipped with the biggest comfy bed. The entire room was fantastic with a couch, kitchen, big TV, lovely bath room & room to move. Fridge & the best free wifi. Plenty of restaurants nearby & the Warren St tube station only 2 minutes away. I couldn't recommend this place any higher.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. Beautiful modern interior, king size bed, big TV, fridge, wifi, full kitchen, squeaky clean bathroom etc. Everything in the apartment was very cleverly designed so you have everything you need without taking up too much room. Two tube stations within walking distance, supermarkets nearby, and a really yum cafe right next door that does great coffee. Plus the hosts were very friendly and accommodating when we needed to store our luggage on the last day. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. We were very comfortable. Michelle greeted us and made us feel welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a three day stay with shops for food and cafes and bars close by. It was very convenient for transport with Euston and Kings Cross within walking distance and buses and tubes also nearby. We would recommend this apartment. It is on the second floor which is worth noting if you have mobility problems.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience in London. From the moment I contacted Michelle regarding the Warren Street apartment, I knew we were in good hands. Response to questions was quick and thorough. The apartment itself, although quite small, was well-equipped. The apartment is well located to two tube stations - an essential component to a successful trip to London. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. All in all, we were extremely pleased with our choice.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights, we were met by a lovely lady who lives in the apartment upstairs and is available if you need help with anything. The studio was exactly what we had been looking for. Lovely modern decor, just like the pictures, very cosy and felt at home straight away. Enormous very comfy bed too. Lots of eclectic eateries and pubs nearby. It is 10 seconds walk away from Warren St tube, very handy for dashing around London and very near Euston station. We will be using it every time we come to London from now on, a wonderful find.

The studio is sparkling clean, well-equipped, quiet and comfortable. We felt like we were in a luxury hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Even though this is a studio apartment, we felt like we had room to spread out a bit. We liked being close to public transportation and close to the center of London. Grocery stores and a nice mix of restaurants and pubs are nearby. If (when!) I return to London, I will plan my travel dates around the availability of this studio. I definitely would recommend it to my friends!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment after travelling around Europe for 3 weeks. The apartment was exactly as described. Close to 2 train stations, which was fabulous for getting around, we felt like locals by the time we were ready to leave. the whole process from booking to actual check in was a breeze, definately do this again. We loved the area, there was pubs and a convenience store in the same street, so we could grab our bread and milk etc on our way home, at any time.. although we had a cafe style shop next door, we were never disturbed by any noise.. Thank You we had a brilliant stay..

My husband and I stayed here in September for four nights. The apartment is very clean, newly refurbished and comfortable. We looked for a king sized bed and finding one in London is no easy task. It was lovely. The small kitchenette was perfect for simple meal preparation. It is fully equipped with everything you will need. It was a two minute walk to the tube and close to a grocery store and some small restaurants. It lies on a quiet street. The hosts were so friendly and greeted us with a smile after our 12 hour flight. This is a great place to stay.

Myself and my partner stayed here in Sept for a rare treat. On arrival we were made extremely welcome by Michelle & David, who went through all details about the apartment and much more about the local area. The apartment was spotless, had everything we wanted (iron, tv, microwave etc) and was beautifully furnished. The bed large and very comfortable, all linens and towels were provided. Considering its location in Warren St, it was really quiet and the local area was full of lovely little coffee shops and quaint pubs. A stones throw from all the excitement of London, we couldn't want for any more. A thoroughly enjoyable break in a lovely place.

My partner and I stayed here in October 2012. We found everything in perfect condition. Clean, quite comfortable and well designed. The kitchenette is good for small things, warming up some food, not for real cooking.
Be prepared that the mattress is quite firm. It is a matter of personal taste whether you like it or not.
It is in the first floor, the stairs are a bit steep and there is not lift. For us it was not a problem, but it might be for elderly people.
The service provided was impeccable, very friendly and helpful, also in arrangements upon arrival and at departure. Thanks, Michelle! -

My husband and I found this apartment very comfortable and convenient for our weekend stay in London. It was immaculately presented in a modern style and we were able to settle in very easily.
After some initial confusion about which floor to ring at on arrival (be sure to check in advance so as not to disturb the neighbours as we did!), we were warmly greeted by Michelle who gave us a thorough rundown of the facilities and some pointers on the local amenities and things to do in London. She was also very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage at the apartment after check-out so that we could sight-see unburdened before our late evening flight.
The apartment was located within a 2 minute walk of the nearest Tube station and a large supermarket. There were also a range of small cafe-style eateries on the same street and nearby which served good-quality food (and coffee!). The apartment does have all the necessary kitchen facilities should guests wish to prepare a meal to eat in; however, preparation space is limited and we found it was best to keep it simple by choosing things we could easily heat in the microwave.
We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to other couples looking for a comfortable, convenient base from which to sight-see around London. -

We loved our stay at 26 Warren St. Everything was brand new and very clean. The tube station is just a few block with a bike rental at the corner and cafes and shops just out the front door. The staff is very accommodating and kind. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Lindon for sure!

First, the unit is in an exceptional location -- easy walking distance to two underground stations, only slightly less easy to the rail. (And very near a gelato shop!) If you go to sleep really early, you might get some noise from the nearby pub, but it's actually quite quiet at night.
Second, the flat is exactly as pictured in the photographs. Clearly, I got in shortly after a renovation, but the condition is truly pristine. A lot of care has been taken to make the most out of the small space (I particularly liked the loops on the towels, so they would definitely stay on the hooks), and there's everything I could need in the compact kitchen space (mini-fridge, electric kettle, microwave ...)
Communication with the owner -- and the greeter -- was excellent. The teabags and little carton of milk were most appreciated.
I'd offer only two suggestions to the owner. First, an extra hook or two on the back of the bathroom door (for hanging toiletry bags) would be nice. Second, I'd advise putting a wireless router right there in the unit. The signal I had varied between "very low" and "low" -- and while I never actually couldn't obtain a signal, I often had to switch between the two offered networks. Other than that, I had a perfect stay. -

Purely white bed linen. Free internet - great bonus.
The location was great for me as I attended a course in Portland place- it took just 10 min walk.
It is on 2nd floor, no lift, so not suitable for people with disabilities. -

My Daughter and I needed a girlie weekend away and thought we'd take in the sights of London.
The apartments that we stayed in were superb and met all our requirements for the 2 nights that we were there. Right next door to one another so not far to wander through endless corridors!
I had the larger of the 2 apartments with a very comfortable king size bed and a modern bathroom.
A kithenette also catered for all my needs during my stay.
It was close to all amenities especially Oxford Street which is a must for a girlie weekend!
I would certainly recommend it to my friends and family.
Easy access to St Pancras International Station, only a 10 minute walk away.
I am struggling to find any fault with this apartment because it was just what I needed for the time I was there. -

My wife and I spent a week in London and stayed in this studio apartment. It was immaculately clean and featured very stylish décor and furnishings - including a huge King Sized Bed! Although there was no bath, the shower is large and has a bench seat inside. There was even a kitchenette that is well equipped with utensils, pans, crockery and a microwave that is big enough to cook small meals, although we just used it for making coffee!
The studio apartment is located in the heart of London with a massive variety of cafes, bars and restaurants right on the doorstep, in particular round the corner on Charlotte Street where we ate on most evenings. We had planned to use the London Underground to get around as the nearest tube station is just 2 minutes down the road, however, we found that everything we wanted was so close that we walked to most attractions including Camden Town, Buckingham Palace and Oxford Street. We also enjoyed walking through some very beautiful neighbourhoods, old attractive mews, and garden squares. The BT Tower is nearby and was a very handy landmark that helped us to find our way back after exploring the city of foot!
One of the most comfortable places that we've ever stayed in! We will be definitely staying there again on our next trip to London and will be recommending this to friends.
