My father, brother and I recently stayed in the Bullingham Mansions flat for our week-long stay in London. The flat was ideally located, close to the High Street Kensington Tube stop, with multiple grocery stores, restaurants and pubs nearby, but tucked away in a residential area so that the flat was nice and quiet. We spent our first afternoon strolling through Kensington Palace and Gardens which were within 5-10min walking distance as well.
The decor was a little dated, but well cared for and clean (it was sort of like staying at grandma's house), but the living room was very spacious with two comfortable couches, flat screen tv, and wireless internet (key for me). Everything worked perfectly and we even cooked dinner a few nights with no problems in the well kitted-out kitchen. The two bedrooms were of a good size and we had more than enough room for the three of us.
Check in was quick and easy as Mike met me just outside the building shortly after I arrived from the States. Check out was similarly quick and efficient as we had a morning flight out of Heathrow.
I would definitely stay there again. For the space, location and comfort, it is a tremendous value over spending a fortune on 2 hotel rooms for the same length of time. -

1. Well received on arrival.
2. Couple of things not working. Eg., the shower in the main bedroom.

This apartment was spacious and included all the facilities I'd want at home, making it a convenient and homely place to stay in busy London. It's located in a quiet area, yet has all the high street shops, supermarket and the all important tube station just minutes walk away.
We found the service from a Place Like Home to be efficient from the initial booking via email to final handing back of keys at the end of the stay. Would definitely stay here again. -

This is a very nice large apartment ample for 4 people. Great location within walking distance of Kensington High Street with tube and bus links. Lovely, peaceful surroundings in a secure gated building. The apartment is well appointed with everything needed for a stay and it is warm.
One small wrinkle the double bed in the small room requires a bit of attention. And check that the power shower switch in the hallway is on.
There is no lift but the stairs are not too challenging. -

Pleasant and comfortable apartment with small but well equipped kitchen. A bookshelf with an eclectic selection of mostly paperbacks ranging from serious non-fiction to recent thrillers. Location on attractive and very quiet side street. A cheerful pub only two blocks away. Both Kensington Gardens and Kensington High Street, with tube station and buses and a variety of shops in easy walking distance.

The service was very good. I had a late arrival and arrangements were made for me to obtain the key very easily, exactly where I required. The flat is spacious, well furnished, comfortable and very well equipped. Location is great, a few blocks from High Street. The only trouble I had was lugging the suitcases up the stairs, otherwise everthing was marvelous.
