Situated on the edge of Hoxton Square in the heart of buzzing Shoreditch. As well as being only 10 mins walk to London's Financial District, he proximity of local facilities and services in unbelievable, this location is really hard to beat. You are literally surrounded by eating and drinking options, right on your doorstep. It is no exaggeration to say that you have more than 20 venues within 100 metres of the apartment's front door. And although right in the middle of this vibrant area, the apartment's bedroom faces a private courtyard and is completely silent - zero street noise is heard at all!
Should you wish to head into the West End, it is a half hour trip on one bus straight down one road. Or take the tube from Old St Station, only 500m away.
In addition to this, the apartment is only a 10 minute walk or very quick cab ride to the Financial District and Liverpool St Station, making it ideal for those in London for business and providing an abundance of great travel connection options.

We travel to London several times to visit our son, who lives there. We normally stay at an hotel but decided this time to stay at an apartment, which we found through trip advisor.
This Shorditch apartment is fantasticly located near transports, restaurants and lots of nice places. It s cozy and very pratical with all we need to stay abroad.
As other guests already mentioned Phillipa, the owner, is so friendly, organized and always available to help. She offers a fantastic detailed information of the apartment, restaurants, transports and so much more. We will definitely stay again! Thanks Philippa -

We've spent 10 nights in this beautifully decorated and smartly designed apartment which is very well maintained.
It's everything you need for a couple's vacation: the apartments is very spacious, and the bedroom is extremely quiet. You get the best of both worlds - a very hip location, and a very private, quiet stay.
The location is in the cool area of Shoreditch, so there are lots of restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as convenient stores and some nice shopping.
It's 7 minutes walk from the Old Street tube station (Northern Line), and 1 minute walk from a very useful bus station. From here to the West End the ride, either way, is about 25 minutes.
The apartment has everything you need for your stay - and it's super comfortable and fun.
Philippa, the owner, was an exceptional host, supremely organized and helpful, and most accommodating with our requests.

What a excelent flat in a great location we stayed from a Sunday to Friday so missed out on the weekend crowds but did notice a ton more activity picking up on the Thurdsday night. Lots of bars pubs and food steps away. The old street tube and train staion are 10min walk or less and will get you anywhere in minutes. My wife and I used the tube and train everyday. We found some great pizza across from the flat. Our host was traveling but had a friend meet us and had no issue with Check in or check out. I highly recommend this flat and would not hesitate to rent it again in the future.

This is a great flat located in an exciting part of town. Its a quick ride to almost any Olympic venue with Underground and Overground stations a short walk away. The neighborhood is electric at night with much to do right outside the door or a short walk away. The apartment is very well appointed with anything you could want. A super comfy bed, modern appliances and high-level finishes made me want to keep staying there long after it was time to leave. It also has a balcony to enjoy that morning coffee or evening cocktail. Several great shops nearby for food, wine and other items. The owner Pippa is great to work with and was very accommodating. Im booking this place again next time I am in London.

This is a gorgeous, very spacious apartment that's close enough to everything you might want to see or do but also in a real part of London.
Pippa was fantastic to deal with, she made everything incredibly easy and when I arrived the kitchen was even stocked with essentials.
This is far better than staying in a hotel on every level and I will certainly be booking here for my next visit
