No-quibble cool-off period. Provided you book more than seven days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking no questions asked within 24 hours of making it, and we will refund 100% of any charges. Early cancellation. If you cancel earlier than 2 weeks before you are due to arrive, we will charge you 50% of the cost of your stay. Late cancellation. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your stay, we will try to offer the home to someone else. If we are successful we will offer a partial refund of the cost of your booking (less our admin charges).

Highly recommend One Fine Stay and this property

One Fine Stay is an exceptional company that accurately promotes the premises they let. My husband and I recently stayed at Warwick Square with our two sons aged 18 and 21. Not only was the property exactly as it was described on the Internet ( including home truths) but the staff were extremely helpful from booking to checkin and checkout nothing was too much trouble. The provision of an I phone during our stay is of great assistance to visitors from overseas. Don't think twice about booking with this company.

From the meet and greet to the final taxi pick up the staff and "One Fine Stay" could not have been more helpful. The home was beautiful better than we had expected and very well located about a 6 - 7 minute walk to both Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Buckingham Palace Road was about the same distance with supermarkets/corner shops, Pubs and restaurants all very close by. The home had everything you could want and more and I would certainly recommend it to anyone. As we were traveling with another family member it was great that we had two bathrooms as it would be if yoiu had teenagers. I can not speak highly enough of this Property and the company who Manages it.
