In the Heart of Notting Hill, this charming 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house is tucked away in the quiet Hillgate Village, with Notting Hill Gate tube station less than a minute's walk away.

Upon entering this 3 storey family home, guests are greeted by the large open-plan living space decorated in serene cream and white tones. There's a large and comfortable sofa which is set around a modern flat screen television. (Please note, the T.V is smaller than the one currently advertised). The sofa folds down to a very large double sofa-bed. Towards the end of the room is a mahogany coloured dining table and chairs where you can enjoy a meal with t...he family after a day in the city.

Walk down a couple of steps and you will find the kitchen. Styled in white tones with beech-wood fittings, it is equipped with all the features a family would need; oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker/espresso machine, blender and kitchen utensils.

Leading out from the kitchen you will find the surprisingly large 25 foot garden (quite rare in central London!), where you can enjoy some al fresco dining on the table and chairs or just relax on the comfortable cushioned bench in the summer time.

Situated on the first floor, the master bedroom is bright and airy with a double bed, feature fireplace and follows a similar cream and white colour tone with a brown accent wall, picked up in the stylish sheepskin rug.

The top floor houses the second and third bedrooms with a double bed in the second bed and a room which can fit 2 mattresses for the 3rd.

The family bathroom is located on the first floor and benefits from a separate bath and shower suite.

For entertainment purposes, there is a DVD player complete with DVD collection, Hi-Fi stereo system with CD collection and an iPod docking station. The property also benefits from WiFi internet.

With Notting Hill on your doorstep enjoy the lively neighbourhood with its cafes, restaurants and boutique shops as well as its many pubs and bars.

Notting Hill Gate tube station is also only a 1 minute walk away - which serves the Central, District and Circle lines and can zip you down to Oxford Circus within 10 minutes!
