Star quality in Little Venice 2 bed apartment

Less than a 5 minute walk from the restaurants and delis of Formosa Street/Clifton Road and Warwick Avenue tube station and near the Regent's Canal is this quirky 2 bed apartment in Little Venice.

A light and airy entrance hall invites you into the living room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and the entire room enjoys views over the terrace and communal gardens further afield. The living room has a large flat screen TV, a working antique style fireplace from the 1800's made from Italian sienna marble and a large sofa which oozes comfort. It has direct access from the private terrace to the 3 acre, award winning... communal gardens. It was voted London's best large private garden square which features a children's playground complete with swings, slides and a playhouse. In addition, the main living area and terrace gets the sun well into the evening in the summer and the late afternoon sun in the winter months.

The bedroom is neutrally decorated. It benefits from plenty of natural light which floods the room thanks to the French doors which open on to a second terrace. There is also another flat-screen TV in the bedroom for those lazy Sunday mornings.

The second bedroom has the option of being a snug or quiet room, or if 4 people are renting the property, the futon pulls out into a double bed. The bedroom also has windows on to the terrace that catches the morning sun. A raised blow-up double mattress can be set up in the living room for a fifth and sixth guest, on request.

The bathroom is luxurious and opulent. All 4 walls are mirrored with the bottom half being distressed mirror, giving the room a real 'wow' factor. The bath is designed by award winning designer, Phillippe Starck (former winner of the 5 star diamond best designer in the world award). The bath is large and features jacuzzi jets, light bulbs built into the bathtub and above the bath tub is another flat screen TV, so you can watch a film or your favourite soap while having a soak. Absolute Bliss!! The bathroom also covers the shower option extensively as it features 3 different shower heads depending on the kind of shower you fancy. There is the handheld shower head, the waterfall showerhead and the standard shower head!

The apartment is decorated to a high standard throughout and the most striking features is the internal doors which have been hand crafted to integrate stained glass window inserts, one of which comes from a 16th century French church. Another lovely feature of the property is the oak parquet Versailles flooring that runs throughout the majority of the flat.

Both outside areas present a great opportunity to eat 'al fresco' as the terrace at the front of the house catches the morning sun while the terrace at the back gets the sun in the afternoon. The peaceful views of the gardens is simply idyllic.

Located within the most central borough of Westminster, you're handy to all the attractions London has to offer. Just a few minutes' walk away is Warwick Avenue tube station which will whisk you down to Oxford Street in about 10 minutes.Read more

  What a great apartment! Its lovely and looks like in real life just as it does on the site. I love the neighborhood, its quiet and residential, transport links are really good and there are even a nice couple of pubs close by. Great for a couples, friend or families with teenagers, but a little small for those with young children or larger groups. Vive Unique were extremely helpful in all of their communications and the check in and check out went very smoothly. All in all a great stay, I'd definitely come back! Gerlinde, Canada
