This is a delightful offering for a large group, family or business colleagues as it offers flexible living space. The property is two apartments in the same building: one on the lower ground floor and one on the ground floor.

The lower ground apartment is well presented throughout with wooden floors in the living/dining room, kitchen and carpets in the bedrooms and the hallway.

The kitchen has plenty of storage and preparation space. There's a full fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine/dryer and all the utensils you'd need to make a delicious home cooked meal.

The living room is neutrally decorated and ha...s a sofa, armchair, bean bag and flat-screen TV. For additional sleeping space, the stylish large wooden-framed sofa converts into a very large sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults comfortably.)

The master bedroom of the lower ground apartment is equipped with a double bed, plenty of storage space and also benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower suite. The second bedroom also has a small double bed and further wardrobe space.

Both of the bedrooms benefit from sliding windows which lead into an internal courtyard. The second bathroom has a bath tub and shower attachment and toilet.

The second apartment on the ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area which is decorated with a simple but stylish design. A black leather sofa and a tasteful shelving unit divide the living area from the dining table which seats 4 comfortably. There is a flat-screen TV and the windows are dressed with Venetian blinds.

Off to the right of the living space and down a couple of steps is a galley style kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a wooden worktop. Similarly to the lower ground apartment, this apartment offers all the kitchen comforts you need which make the property a perfect place to recharge your batteries and feel at home if you want to cook a meal or do some laundry.

The master bedroom boasts a large double wardrobe and shelves giving ample storage space for clothes, books or toiletries. There is a double bed and the room is warmly lit giving it a relaxing feel. In between the 2 wardrobe units there is a quaint desk/dressing table area, nicely decorated with a lamp and mirror.

The second bedroom also has a double bed with a chest of drawers, a tall storage unit and black out blinds. With both bedrooms this apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. Upon request we can provide up to 2 extra single mattresses to accommodate 2 extra guests.

There is one bathroom serving both bedrooms in the ground floor apartment which is a white suite consisting of a bath with overhead shower, a sink, a lavatory and then mirrored walls.

Taking the two properties together gives you 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living areas in total. Access from one apartment to the other is down a flight of stairs and each has its own separate entrance, perfect for two families who want to be near each other, or groups of adults as it provides more amenities and privacy than one larger apartment.   Thanks for a lovely stay in London. The building the flat was in was so English looking but I would say the best thing is that you are right in the middle of the city. Jill, who helped us book the apartment was great in helping us choose, and explained how the subway works!

  I booked this for my boss and his team. We were relived to find something at short notice to accommodate them all! The location was good for them to walk to the London office at Victoria and there were supermarkets and restaurants close by. We had Jay arrange for the fridge to be stocked with some essentials and the housekeeper was very friendly, even when the flight arrived a bit late. Thanks you!! Ivy, Beijing
