Our High Rise Condo was built in 2006 and still looks brand new!! We are located in the heart of downtown Long Beach, CA, and we are within walking distance of everything. Our condo is on the 8th floor of 18 floors so we are right in the middle, which provides excellant views of the ocean and the beautiful downtown city lights in the evening. We are directly across the street from the Long Beach Convention Center, the Long Beach Arena, and right next door to the Long Beach Performing Arts Center. I just can't say enough about how fantastic our stay was at the Long Bean High Rise condo. From the fresh baked cookies upon our arrival, to the location, the view, the beautiful furnishing, the bikes, the beach, the restaurant tips (all spot on!) (all walkable and fun), the aquarium, we truly enjoyed every minute staying at this amazing condo. I'm already making plans to return.

This is a great getaway. Home is lovely and fully equipped. Neighbors were helpful . When you think of spending on a pricey hotel a stay for $100 per day in a real home is worth it. I will not encourage noisy neighbors since you can hear the other duplex if it gets too loud. Everything is within walking distance.

I stayed at this condo with some family members during July/August this year and had a most wonderful holiday. The condo had every luxury you could possibly want and was far superior to staying in a hotel. A great location within walking distance to the beach and beautiful views from your balcony. The pool and barbeque area was a lovely area for my family to catch up at the end of a busy day and before they retired to their own accommodation. Worth the trip from australia and will definitely return one day!!

Our stay was fabulous and everything was beautiful. the unit is furnished beautifully and its the best nights sleep i have had in years as the beds were incredibily comfortable.i also like to cook and the kitchen has everything you could need to fix a gourmet meal.you felt like you were in a 5 star hotel with all the amenities including the pool,spa, and work-out room and the security was friendly and made you felt very safe..

I spent 3 days in the condo with 4 other girlfriends. The condo was in tip top shape the moment we left. It's easy to get to and we had a parking spot in the garage. Very nice place with view of the ocean. Within walking distance to many places. Has all the accomadations one needs. Full kitchen set up so no need to bring anything but clothes. Very nice place to kick back and visit with friends and family.

This was a wonderful condo beautifully decorated with all of the amenities you could imagine. It was perfect for our group of girlfirends that gather together for a week of fun and sight seeing. The location was perfect and convenient walking distance to many attractions. Our stay was first rate.

The views were extraordinary from every window. The location is right in the heart of downtown Long Beach. We rode bikes to the Queen Mary, a 15 minute bike ride, we rode past the Long Beach aquarium on the way!There are several restaurants nearby, we went to 555 and had wonderful steaks. The apartment was beautifully furnished. I felt very spoiled!Magnificent!
