The studio is a very quiet and romantic hideaway in the exciting beach community of Belmont Shore. It is ideal for 1 person but can comfortably accommodate a couple. The linen curtains in front of the bed give a bit of privacy if one person wants to stay up while the other sleeps.
Major appliances and utensils are provided.....but you can eliminate the chore of cooking and take advantage of the many restaurants, fast food eateries and coffee houses less than a block away. And,if work is on the agenda, the drop-leaf dining table doubles as a large desk.

The studio is only 3 blocks from the Pacific Ocean and is at the western end of Belmont Shore. Just 1 block away is the bus stop for downtown Long Beach, the Convention Center and hotels along Ocean Blvd. Easy access to major freeways makes this area a convenient base for visiting the attractions of Los Angeles and Orange County. Long Beach Airport is 5 miles away and LAX is 20 miles.
Activities abound for the young and not so young. Try your skills at kite flying or kayaking; go for a bike ride at the beach; have a romantic gondola ride through Naples' canals; go antique shopping; or simply "people watch" on 2nd St. For the discerning visitor to Southern California, stay and play in Belmont Shore, a friendly and exciting community of Long Beach.

We had three fantastic weeks in Belmont Shore. The location of the studio could not have been better. A short walk from shops, restaurants and the beach.
Colleen and al were both very nice and helpful!
The studio was perfect for two. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on his visit to the us and it met both of our needs as far as comfort, size, location, decor, cleanliness and overall accommodation. Colleen and al were nice and helpful from the beginning and made booking and check-in easy. We felt comfortable about them and it's important to be comfortable with the owners when renting a place. The location was amazing- walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars and the beach and just within a few miles of the Long Beach aquarium, movie theaters, the Catalina Express and Downtown Long Beach. The possibilities of what you can do in this area is truly endless. It was nice to kick back in the apartment when we weren't out and have a nice place to cook and have our morning coffee. We would especially recommend this place to a couple or a solo traveler and just for some additional info- there are stairs leading up incase that somehow would affect you.
We were very happy here and would love to stay again! -

Spent a week in this lovely studio apt while visiting a friend in a nearby community. It was decorated beautifully - bright, whimsical, colorful, sort of an Indian theme. Everything you could possibly need was provided, making the stay absolutely delightful. Having a kitchenette allowed breakfast and evening snacks. The beach was only a short walk away, as was popular 2nd Street in Belmont Shore! Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and a variety of other shopping venues just 2 blocks away. Tucked away in a cute, safe neighborhood (I walked everywhere) with parking off-street behind the unit, I was completely at ease traveling alone. Colleen checked on me to be sure I had everything I needed. Am definitely planning a trip back!
