YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS PROPERTY. PICTURE IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED AT CHECK IN.***During the SUMMER SEASON - LATE JUNE TO LABOR DAY, we only rent full weeks (3 pm Saturday to 10 am the following Saturday).Long Beach Island, New Jersey is an 18 mile long island that is 63 miles north of Cape May and 25 miles north of Atlantic City. Activities on LBI include, but are not limited to, swimming, boating, parasailing, surfing, clamming, crabbing, fishing, miniature golf, amusement park and more. A shuttle operates the full length of Long Beach Island from Memorial Day Weekend through the beginning of October (check schedule on the internet). Our Brighton Beach Oceanside House has two apartments (2 bedroom/1 bath AND 4 bedroom/2 bath) that have been newly renovated with a large outside shower. These immaculate and beautifully decorated units are nine houses from the ocean, located near the Acme Supermarket and within walking distance of a seafood restaurant, pizzeria, bicycle rental and surf shop. Each unit is equipped with a complete cook ready kitchen and has wi-fi, a large screen tv, dvd player, outside gas barbecue and table with chairs. Our apartments are available all year round: weekly ONLY during the summer season; weekdays/weekends during the spring / late summer / early fall and seasonally for the winter. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments or on the decks. These are housekeeping units. You are expected to remove all trash, wash dishes/cooking & eating utensils, sweep and vacuum before you leave. Charges for excessive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.

Dear Renters We will be taking the following precautions due to the corona virus: -  all surfaces will be wiped down before each new renter arrives:  counters,  dressers, tables, handles, knobs, light switches, remote controls, etc. -  all bedding will be sprayed with Lysol.  If you wish to bring your own bedding that is fine. We ask that you let us know in advance so that we may remove ours.  - the outdoor shower will be disinfected every Saturday and spray disinfectant will be left in the shower for your daily use. Since we will have additional cleaning, we are asking tenants to kindly leave by 10:00 AM in order to accomplish this. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

The rental was clean and tastefully decorated. It have everything we needed! The bathroom was a tight squeeze but very nove. The location was perfect!
