This 2nd floor spacious and bright condo sleeps 4. It features a master bedroom with a king bed and a view of the bay, a second bedroom with two twin beds, 1 full bath. In the living room, open the sliding glass door and you're greeted with a view of the water. The deck is appointed with lounge chairs, a gas grill and tables perfect for entertaining. The spectacular private rooftop deck is great for sun bathing and affords ocean and bay views! This condo also boasts a large kitchen and dining room.

With bay views from three beautiful decks, newly updated throughout, and located just eight homes to the ocean, your family will enjoy convenience and beautiful accommodations at the shore! On a serene private tree lined lane with a view of the bay. The house is block from the beach *** beach badges included*** and house back from the Bay where you can go swimming/kayaking/play in the sand or admire the beautiful sunsets.. It is a short ride to bars, restaurants and shops, and there is even a free bus to Atlantic City that stops nearby.

**Rentals Run Sunday - Sunday, Check In 3PM - Check Out 11AM. Absolutely No Pets, No Smoking, No Proms or Graduation Parties!
Rates are weekly June-September. Off-season nightly rate is $200. Keys are available for pickup and return anytime in an onsite lockbox.
Payment Plan:
1. We require a non-refundable $100 deposit and signed rental agreement when you reserve.
2. A Security deposit of $300 and the first half of rent is due by May 1st.
3. Final payment (second half of rent) is due 4 weeks prior to your rental date.

This is the best kept secret on LBI! The beautiful house is located just steps from the bay in narrow North Beach, yet the ocean is only a nine iron in the opposite direction! Top floor is spacious and scenic and the first floor, airy and cozy. Eric and his Family are fantastic owners and cater to visitor's needs with improvements every year. I will make this house my Summer destination for years to come!

Great place and fantastic location. Beautifully situated on the bay side with nice views and amazing sunsets. What makes this nice is that it is located on a very narrow section of the island, so the walk to the beach is very short.
Great accomodations- roomy, spacious and clean. The outside has huge wrap around decks on both floors, nice patio area for grilling and eating outside, plenty of room with 2 patio tables. The outdoor shower is always a plus.
Dealing with Eric and his family are a pleasure. We are coming back this year, and would reccomend to anybody that was looking for a place to stay in LBI.
