The Perfect Beach House awaits you. This 5 yr. old Home, is located a short distance to the beach (4th house off the ocean)on a quite street ideal for children, is available to rent on the first floor. The owner occupies the 2nd floor all summer.
The living area is spacious and comfortable with easy access to a full kitchen and dining area. The house has two full bathrooms. The Master Bath has a full size walk in shower. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary appliances including a blender to make those frozen drinks we all enjoy at the end of the day.
