A memorable vacation awaits families at this ideal location - a quiet new development only only one block off the bay and two streets to the ocean. Perfect street for kids to ride bikes and to walk due to low car traffic. Walk to the end of the block to fish, crab and enjoy incredible sunsets on the bay. House is located in Peahala Park, part of Long Beach Township. It is located one block off the bay and 2 streets to the ocean. Fishing, crabbing and incredible sunsets at end of street and rooftop deck. Walk to grocery store, movie theaters, and local ice cream parlor (Skipper Dipper) all within 1 block. Street is newer will all newly constructed homes. Private and low traffic. Great for kids to ride their bikes and walk the neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and the Surfing Beach is located on 98th street, one block over.
