There is also a backyard, lush garden with water fountain, and a patio for private outdoor BBQ cooking and dining. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the day.

The living room has a full size sofa and a 50" T...V with cable and free movie channels for your entertainment.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the cooking utensils and flatware you'll need to prepare and serve dinner in the dining room that seats 7.

The 2 car attached garage is completely finished with built-in cabinet and plenty of counter space. Very easy access to the house after unloading your luggage.

  William's 2 bed 2bath house is has advertise but much, much, better in person...I can tell that he put forth the time and effort in creating a luxury vacation home. William has installed a mist system that runs through the house. It gets much better, in the guest bathroom there is a t.v. Basically, you can watch t.v. as you shower..What a delight...In the kitchen, there is a t.v. as well. The home includes all the updated contemporary amenities such as hardwood flooring, a stainless-steel refrigerator, and flat screen t.vs. in both bedrooms (50" in master-bedroom). There is a patio where guest can relax in private without being bothered by the general public. While relaxing, you can view the mural that has water running down the side... In addition, there is a patio through the master-bedroom overlooking the Del almo Drive (quite busy during the day). William was a great host,..he provided a great tour of the home...He provided snacks upon entering the residence. Also, my friend left his I-Pod charger by accident, William went out of his way to send my friend his charger by mail. I would recommend William's vacation home...I would definitely return. William, I want to say thank you for your hospitality and allowing my friend and I to stay at your home.

  Wedding on the Beach

  My brother was getting married and we prefer to stay in a house versus hotels. For the price this home was less expensive, private and much cleaner than any hotel. The house is well equipped with all the modern comforts of home. High end electronics and very comfortable furniture. My mother who stayed in the master bedroom said "The bed is one of the most comfortable beds she has ever slept in." She even pulled the sheets back to write down the brand name.
  
  My wife and I stayed in the second bedroom, although smaller, it was very comfortable.
  
  We even made use of the outside barbecue and patio. My brother and his bride along with a few of the brides family stopped by one evening for dinner. Having a grill and spacious patio to use made it feel like home and not a rental.
  
  The host also suggested a local restaurant, Johnny Reb's, they have great food and service.

  The pictures did not do the property justice! We fell in love with the home as soon as we arrived. Traveling with three teenagers sometimes poses a challenge, but even the kids loved this house. Plenty of space, very clean, gorgeous floors and a kitchen/dining/outdoor space to be envious of. Toya and William are both great people to work with...very helpful and accomodating. We all look forward to returning as soon as possible.

  if your looking for your home away from home - book this property! The property manager Toya and the owner William have an outstanding house - fully equipped with every aminety you could want! They even had the kitchen stocked with the basic food supplies (milk, coffe, tea, bread, eggs) and included the local grocery store "member" card so you could receive the discounts! Me, my wife, my parents in- law and two sisters-in-law found this house to be the perfect family vacation home while in the Long Beach area. The patio with misters and the full gril and outdoor cooking center were well used by outer family. The garage parking was very advantageous rather than parking on the street. This was the first time I had ever rented a vacation home - and we could not have been happier! I would recommend this property to everyone without reservation!

  It's like living in the apartment you always wanted; and the one you always wanted to show off to your friends. Meticulous attention to detail from each bathroom tile to kitchen cabinet. You can definitely tell that the owner takes pride in craftsmanship. All that effort brings you home when you're in it.
  If you want to get some real life "Better Homes & Gardens" and DIY ideas, stay here - you'll be immersed it all of it!
  If you can, stay at home and enjoy the BBQ and home-cooked food. Sizzler and even the Yelp! establishments nearby don't compare. Toya, is super accommodating and helpful with checking in and out.

  Run away while you can!

  This home has roaches, ants, and buggars on the blankets. We were so excited for our week stay due to the photos and amenities. Photos are accurate and the house is lovely. Just didn't know that my vacation would be shared eating with roaches in the kitchen, getting bit by ants, and covering up with buggars on the blankets. The owner says that it's because a neighboring home was renovating. Not one day did we hear nor see any renovations any where. To top it off. They sprayed raid. Too cheap to get a proper exterminator. Gross! Offered to spray again with us staying there or our money back for rest of stay. We left! Who wants to see dead bugs on their back on their vaca! Don't stay here. I'm not just writing to be a hater... but use your time and money wisely. I have pics as proof! And you won't get an apology or your money back if you go buy your blankets because of the filth!

  We recently stayed at this vacation home from Feb 1-7. My husband and I decided to rent this home with our two small children and my parents, hoping to escape the one room hotel room experience for increased space and comfort. We were blown away by the obvious care and compassion to his guests that the owner William has put into making this home a comfortable place to stay. He stated to me that he likes to present his vacation home as a place where his guests feel that they are with family. He accomplished this with us, he took care of all the little details you forget initially when planning a vacation so far from home. Upon arrival to the home, the refridgerator was stocked with eggs, milk, pepsi, butter, condiments and numerous other items. The cabinets were stocked with numerous food items, cereal, tea, and food storage items. He also provided shampoo/conditioner/ body wash, laundry detergent... and the list goes on. We were blown away at all the extras he includes to make you really feel at home. He has thought out all the little things that made this vacation a relaxing and amazing experience.
  We arrived at the home and were immediately greeted by the owner, William and the host Toya. Toya took us on a tour of the home and explanation of how all things in the house worked, she also instructed us that she was #1 on the speed dial on the phone and we weren't to hesitate to call her if we needed anything at all. William asked if we needed anything additional for our stay and if we needed anything for our children. My husband and I have never stayed outside of a hotel prior to this experience and we were amazed at the care and compassion that was extended to us by the owner of this house. We were surprised by the hospitality and good nature that is rarely seen in the business world. We will definetely stay here again on future visits and highly recommend to everyone that is looking for increased space and amenitites that a hotel can't provide.

  Well your not always sure what your getting. But the photo's published on the website are exactly what you get!
  The was some food like milk and eggs and fruit left by William for our personal use. William went out and bought a new pad for the futon because my brother did not sleep to well on it. William was good to call for places to go and how to get around the area.

  Our family spent a long summer week at their vacation house and loved every minute of it. The host William and his wife were super helpful, picked us up at the airport, the next day took us to downtown in their van, giving us a discount coupon, save our family half of the cost at the Long Beach aquarium. The house was clean and in great condition with fresh fruit awaiting our arrival, a good surprise, right away my son had a banana and an apple. The rest of the week we visited a couple museum for free, we got all kind of discounts on attractions and restaurants from them. A good supply of shampoo, soap, body wash and tons of fresh towels for the week. It's just so convenient and comfortable staying at this place than a hotel, nice, clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen, bed so comfy, and so much room for my son to run around inside and outside. We love the big screen TV in our master room, even though there is one in the living room. Lots of the time just like sitting around on the balcony and enjoy the nice weather.
