The busy street market is every Friday with stalls run by local traders. The butterfly and wildlife park, which was voted Lincolnshire's Family Attraction of the Year in recent years, and which features an impressive tropical house filled with hundreds of butterflies, is only a short drive away and is well worth a visit. This was probably the best furnished, equipped and maintained holiday cottage we have ever used. The owners were charming and welcoming and everything went very well. Also, the garden was totally secure which was an essential requirement for our lively dog.

Very warm welcome from the Owners, who did a "handover" Comfortable accomodation. the owners provided a toilet "aid" for my wife,(we have one at home, but hadn`t thought to take it) My wife, being slightly handicapped, had a little trouble using the "shower over bath",due to physically struggling to step over the lip of the bath..She uses a seperate shower at home. Good secure garden for our twoo little dogs. Also a lovely "next door neighbour" who provided us with toms & Cucumbers from her garden!! Shop within walking distance, sold all we needed. Good location for visiting Spalding,Kings Lynn,Wisbech etc.

Fen Hide was a very well equipped, spacious bungalow in a quiet residential area and both the property and the gardens were immaculately presented. The owners were there to greet us on our arrival and again on departure and were very pleasant and extremely helpful. We chose this property for 3 reasons, ground floor accommodation, a large garden for our dog and because it was a new area. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and would book it again.

A superb holiday home with everything that one could wish for.A garden that is totally dog proof with summer house for those moments of quiet contemplation at the end of a busy day. A house that has plenty of reading matter detailing all the local amenities, walks and sights. Extremely comfortable and with owners that are more than happy to share with you their local knowledge.
We are regular users of holiday homes and I would say that this is very near the top of our list, and as we do have a dog at the top for garden security.
I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone requiring a holiday let in this area.
