Our villa is a single-story condo conveniently located with quick access to the beach through the beautifully landscaped conservancy with tiki huts, tennis courts and shuffleboard. Parking is right outside your door. Also, the trolley stop is nearby that provides service from Bradenton Beach, St. Armand's Circle to downtown Sarasota.
