Veranda Beach is a Time-Share resort with a weekly rental Saturday-Saturday.
The resort is comprised of forty units. There are thirty five, two-bedroom, two-bath units which sleep six, and five penthouse units that are two-stories, with three bedrooms, a den and four baths which sleep ten.
The units are appointed identically. The two bedroom unit is about 1,300 sq. ft., and the penthouse unit is about 2,000 sq. ft. All are complete with a kitchen, living room and dining room along with the bedrooms in a split plan.
