Completely redecorated summer 2012 with very attractive furnishings and interior paint. The carpet was replace in 2011, so the house offers the latest and greatest in decor, furnishings and electronics.
Spacious floor plan includes an enclosed Florida room plus a screened lanai. The kitchen has two bars and opens to both the Florida room and the breakfast room. In most cases, a weekly rental will be Saturday to Saturday. In most cases, a monthly rental will begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month.
35% to 50% ADVANCE DEPOSIT depending upon length of stay and signed Reservation Agreement, both due within ten days of booking and balance in full due in full thirty days prior to arrival.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: Personal Checks, Cashiers or Travelers Checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express (US card holders only).
CANCELLATIONS. Advanced deposits paid will be forfeited unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to the arrival date on Reservation Agreement. If Guest cancels within 90 days of scheduled arrival, Guest will forfeit all monies paid unless the property is re-booked for the full term. If the property is re-booked for the full term, Guest will receive a refund of 75% of the funds recovered. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Partial cancellations will not be accepted and adjustments or refunds for a late arrival or early departure cannot be made.
