Villa for 4 to 6 persons at les Oyats with shared pool just 700m to the beach in Longeveille sur mer, Vendee

Accommodation and facilities

Les Oyats residence was built in 2008. It has 72 modern villas set on sandy terrain, in the pine forests which skirt the south Vendee coast. With a large, shared, heated pool (5 x 11m) to the front of the residence, open from May to September and several semi-private pools (4 x 8m, shared between 2 or 3 villas, and open only in July and August). The sandy beach nearby is safe and within walking distance. The villas themselves are in groupings of two or three and have a modern, crisp interior dec...or. They are fully equipped.

Villa for 4-6 persons (approx.45m²).

The open plan living room has a pull-out sofa bed making 2 twin beds or a sofa bed making a double bed, a dining area with table and chairs and a kitchen area which is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave with grill, a fridge and a dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms with either a double bed, 2 single beds or a set of bunk beds. The villas have one bathroom with separate WC (WC in the bathroom in villas for diseabled people).

Please note that a baby is considered as a person.

You may request for a TV at the time of reservation (payable extra).

Barbecues are available at reception. However you may be asked to leave a deposit that will be refunded once you bring the barbecue back, providing that it is clean.

Some of the villas have a carport but all have their own parking space.

The residence has a covered outdoor games area where table tennis tables will be installed.

The semi private pools will be open in July and August and there is a supplement of 75€ per week, payable on arrival.

The pools are on request and they are allocated at the last minute, so you may not have a positive or negative confirmation until your arrival day.

There are many watersports available nearby including a surf shop offering lessons for residents and plenty of opportunities for cycle rides or walks in the forests. There is a traditional bar/restaurant outside the residence, close to the entrance of the residence, with crazy golf and outdoor seating for al fresco dining. The nearby Bud cafe, near to the restaurant has live music.

Barbecues are allowed.

The depth of the shared pool is 1.20m and there is a paddling pool.

Shared, heated swimming pool and semi-private swimming pools (shared between 2 or 3 villas) are possible.

The semi private pools will be open in July and August only.

The centre of Longeville sur mer is 6kms away and the centre of La Tranche sur mer is 7 kms away from the residence. 200 m from the residence, there is 'La Fragounette' restaurant, 'the Bud Café' and a small grocery store open only in July and August. 800m away you will find newspaper and magazine shops, where they also sell cigarettes. The baker comes with his van and all his breads and croissants in front of the reception, every morning at 8:45 am in high season.Read more
