Villa for 6 to 8 persons at les Oyats with shared pool just 700m to the beach in Longeville sur mer, Vendee

Accommodation and facilities

Les Oyats residence was built in 2008. It has 72 modern villas set on sandy terrain, in the pine forests which skirt the south Vendee coast. With a large, shared, heated pool (5 x 11m) to the front of the residence, open from May to September and several semi-private pools (4 x 8m, shared between 2 or 3 villas, and open only in July and August).

The sandy beach nearby is safe and within walking distance. The villas themselves are in groupings of two or three and have a modern, crisp interio...r decor. They are fully equipped.

Villa for 6/8 persons (approx.45m²).

The open plan living room has a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps 2, a dining area with table and chairs and a kitchen area which is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave with grill, a fridge and a dishwasher.

There are 2 double bedrooms, and a small alcove with a bunk bed.

The villas have one bathroom.

Please note that a baby is a considered as a person.

You may request for a TV at the time of reservation (payable extra).

Some of the villas have a carport but all have their own parking space.

The residence has a covered outdoor games area where table tennis tables will be installed.

The price shown here is for a villa without a semi private pool.

The semi private pool: 75€ per week, payable on arrival.

The pools are on request and they are allocated at the last minute, so you may not have a positive or negative confirmation until your arrival day.

There are many watersports available nearby including a surf shop offering discounted lessons for residents and plenty of opportunities for cycle rides or walks in the forests. There is a traditional bar/restaurant just outides the residence, close to the entrance of the residence, with crazy golf and outdoor seating for al fresco dining. The nearby Bud cafe, near to the restaurant has live music.

Barbecues are allowed.

The depth of the shared pool is 1.20m and there is a paddling pool.
