Our stay was perfect for us using the pool every day.

We chose Charlotte,s Stable because of the pool which was wonderful.
It was heated, clean, large and not too deep. Everyone using the pool at the same time was very friendly and helpful.
There were good pubs in the area and plenty to do and see.
It was lovely to have the pony right outside the stable and sheep with their lambs beyond. It was a thoroughly lovely weed despite the grim weather. The only disappointing thing for us was paying double for a half-term week.

The booking service provided by Sykes was good. The only downside was having to pay two booking fees to stay in the same cottage for two consecutive weeks - a bit unfair.
The cottage was lovely, clean and well maintained. The onsite bar and pool were great. The location was very peaceful and was a good base to explore the surrounding area.

The cottage was very well equipped, very clean and
the owners were most helpful. A bonus was having the use of the leisure facilities free of charge and we made full use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Providing you have a car the cottage is an ideal base to explore Northumberland and we can
thoroughly recommend the Granby in the village for
