We had a wonderful few days in the Byre, a lovely cottage in an excellent quiet location. The owners were very friendly, there if you needed them, but never obtrusive, and provided a selection of local "goodies" as a welcome gift. The cottage was spotless, very comfortable, and the open fire was just what you needed on a cold winters night. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely return in the future.

Staying in the Byre helped me reach a level of relaxation I had not felt for many years. I slept like a log in the very comfortable bed, was nice and warm despite the prevailing snowy conditions and felt instantly 'at home'.
