Located very close to town centre, about 6 blocks up from the waterfront, and close to supermarket and shopping areas. The lovely cottage-type single homes are located in the Club Palmar 2 complex, a quiet residential complex with 17 privately owned homes. Each home is individually decorated by the homeowner. They share spacious tropical gardens and a swimming pool. Each home is two storeys, wiht one bedroom, one bath, livingroom and kitchen on the main floor, and a further two bedrooms and bath located on the mezzanine above. The have upper patios and a lovely private garden off the back of the kitchen. Located right in town centre. Perfect for a family of six or four fishermen!
