Villa with panoramic views in Lorgues, accommodating 12. Lorgues is a friendly little town in the middle of the department of Var offering all facilities, which explains its increasing popularity. The main street is the longest planetree avenue in France. From its hilltop location right on the edge of town, this villa commands a spectacular view of the mountains. The property is located in a pleasant neighbourhood with big houses on extensive properties. The town is about a 1 km walk away. The villa sits on 4,000m2 of fenced land, laid out in terraces with views to the south and the west. You enter the estate through an automatic wrought iron... gate. The house and the pool are surrounded by terraces. The house which is a "non smoker house" has a total floor space of 275m2, and is on three floors reflecting the terraced landscape. Accessed directly from the garden, the middle floor consists of an entrance hall with fitted wardrobe and a guest toilet, dining room, living room with fireplace, a well-equipped separate kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which has its own washbasin and a balcony, and a large bathroom with bath. All rooms have exposed oak beams. The entrance hall and the sitting room with fireplace offer direct access to a large terrace, which expands into a cool and shady outdoor living room with barbecue. The dining room also opens onto this outdoor living room. The top floor consists of a large bedroom with a private terrace and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The lower floor has two connected bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. There is also a separate shower, a garage and a laundry room. The house has three double bedrooms, a bedroom with a grand lit and one with a grand lit and a single bed.
