This place is so cute!
Nice, well-maintained complex, this apartment is on the end, and away from the main road, so very quiet&yet; easy walking distance to beach, supermarket, cafes, boutiques etc. We didn't use our car at all for 2 days.
All appliances&furniture; are new&modern;, and the apartment was spotless.
It's not large, but our teen boys were still comfy sharing the sofa bed, and we were stoked to have a separate TV in our mezzanine room.
The owners, Adam&Melissa;, are very friendly&obliging;, and the bakery breakfast vouchers for Grandma Shields Bakery 5 minutes walk up the road are outstanding value, and meant we could sleep in, trot up for brekkie, then hit the beach or Great Ocean Rd - no shopping, no cleaning up brekkie dishes - I loved it!
We fluked being in Lorne during a heatwave (actually, the hottest summer ever recorded), and the apartment was a bit warm&stuffy; overnight for one of those nights, but otherwise we were very comfy under the ceiling fan.
I thoroughly recommend this apartment&hope; to return -

My partner and I loved Cora Lynn Studio 24. Right from the time of inquiry adam was extremely helpful and prompt with his replies. He also made it very easy to book a third night at super late notice. It was a beautifully presented and spotlessly clean studio and we liked that it was on the end of the row of Studios. It was great having a well equipped kitchen, a comfy couch, two Tv's and such a great location. The included breakfast was a massive added bonus- such great value! We'll definitely be back.

Studio 24 was in the perfect location for our stay in Lorne, walking distance to everything. Room was clean and very nicely decorated and came with a very yummy bakery breakfast..
Would definitely recommend to all and will be staying there on our next visit. -

I would like to thank adam and Melissa for letting us stay at Cora Lynn Studio 24...we stayed there for a couple of days and loved every minute of it. The location was perfect as it was an easy stroll to the beautiful beach and the studio itself was accomodating especially with 2 kids aged 3 and 5...just a perfect getaway. I highly recommend it and also thank you for the lovely breakfast vouchers from Grandma Shields ( yummy!!! ). We will no doubt see you in the near future.

this is our second visit 6 months :) proximity to everything is fantastic, place is still kept immaculate and the complimentary breakfasts are real handy .. Perhaps the sofa bed mattress could be replaced soon?We look forward to our next family break here again. Thanks again adam & Melissa Cheers

We have stayed here twice now and both times absolutely loved it. We have a small daughter so accomodating for her was most important.
Everything is clean, new and feels very home-like.
Location is perfect as you are a 1 minute walk to the main street, however far enough away to hear the hustle and bustle of everything.
All in all we love staying here when visiting Lorne and recommend it hightly.

Pictures of Cora Lyn are exactly how it looks when you get there. The place is very clean!
Extremely convenient that the key is located in a box next to the front door and all you need is a code to access it. Which makes your stay very private.
They offer free breakfast from a local bakery which is lovely!
Close to the beach and everything that you need.
Had a great weekend
