Left on 05/10/2013 for a stay in April 2013
we stayed one week in the studio and if we go back to la we will rent this apartment again.
The location is perfect and the place is very quiet.
There is a very valuable dressing for clothes. We had breakfast on the patio ...
it lacks a few dishes.
A great stay! -

Brooklyn NYGreat Overall Experience.
Left on 04/30/2013 for a stay in March 2013
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Convenient to work in West Hollywood and walking distance to all the essentials. My only suggestion is the slipper chair needs to be replaced or the cover needs to be replaced as it's dingy and took away from the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room.

Brandon, MississippiWe enjoyed every minute of our West Hollywood Studio!
Left on 05/26/2012 for a stay in April 2012
We spent four days on this great studio. Felt so safe and could walk to anything we wanted to do. Enjoyed a walk up to Sweet Lady Jane's for cake. Enjoyed the quiet homey feeling of our studio. The outdoor courtyard was a perfect place for morning coffee and planning the day's fun. My son who lives on Larabee would walk down and we absolutely feel we could not have found a more perfect place for us.

Stockholmsafe but stinky
Left on 04/21/2012 for a stay in April 2012
the whole place smells of moldew, you must fix this.
the location is perfect, close to everything and the neighborhood feels very safe. big plus for having 2 gates and a door, really good.
you should make the a/C controllable from the studio, as the weather shifts and so do our temperature preferences. Ok for a couple of nights, but not for a week that was my case.
the internet failed on me, this should be for you guys to solve and not for me as a paying guest.
good bed. -

MelbourneVery nice little apartment
Left on 04/19/2012 for a stay in March 2012
This apartment is perfectly placed in West Hollywood and has a lovely airy feel and is nicely decorated with a courtyard which is delightful for warmer weather. As a single woman, I felt very secure as it is located at the rear of a house and is in one of the safest areas of la. The kitchen is small and has only the bare essentials so is not suitable if you want to cook a lot and there is no washer/dryer. There is a huge walk in robe, small bathroom but the shower works well (no bath) and the single sofas convert to comfy beds. The gas heater looks dodgy but works efficiently and there are lots of interesting books if you have time to read.

LondonPerfect base to explore la
Left on 02/16/2012 for a stay in January 2012
We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a perfect base for us - walking distance to Melrose (breakfast at Urth), quiet and well situated for a tour of la in any direction.
It's on the ground floor through a garage area and back garden. Apartment was comfortable, clean and cosy. Small bathrom with great shower.
If anything the apartment lacks a bit of natural light so if you're planning to stay inside a lot, it might not be ideal.
On street parking was easy (though Europeans beware the american directional parking rule!).
La Guest Suites were conveniently located around the corner when we had internet problems and were quick and helpful to solve any issue we had.
Highly recommend la Guest Suites as an accommodation service and for the actual apartment itself. -

Great location and safe neighbourhood. There is no ventilation but a smoke detector in the kitchen :) so forget about doing much cooking. Bed could be better. For the price - a decent bargain.

Prescott, ArizonaClean, cozy and private
Left on 03/11/2011 for a stay in November 2010
We were visiting family during thanksgiving and this place was perfect. It was located in a delightful neighborhood, within minutes of Santa Monica Blvd. and Sunset Blvd. We were able to walk everywhere safely. The unit was tucked back, off the street behind a couple of locked gates. It has a tiny courtyard just outside the entry doors, surrounded by rustic brick walls and vegetation. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Raleigh, NCNice studio in excellent location
Left on 10/07/2010 for a stay in September 2010
We rented this studio on a visit to Hollywood to see our daughter, who recently moved there. It is very clean, private, and has all one needs for a comfortable stay. Within easy walking distance of some nice sidewalk cafes on Melrose for breakfast and close to all the H'wood landmarks. Well managed by nice people...we will use again when in the area. Parking was a bit tricky, but you get used to it after a day or so!

I loved staying in this rental. it was private, quiet, clean and the perfect size for me. My little pug enjoyed it as well as she had the freedom of cavorting in the yard.
Neighborhood was ideal and I walked everywhere.
I will return again next time I'm back in la.
Much nicer than a hotel.
Thank you Gabriella...

I had just moved here from MN and needed a place to stay for a week or so. It was very quiet and secluded feeling even though it's close to all the action in West Hollywood. My favorite part was the little patio on the front. It is decorated beautifully,is very clean and comfortable. I recommend it to anyone is looking to be close to all you will need in West Hollywood but would still like a sense of privacy and a nice place to retreat to at the end of the day. The property managers were very responsive and helpful as well.

chicagoPerfect For The Price
Left on 03/09/2010 for a stay in February 2010
I spent two weeks in this terrific little hideaway, and loved almost everything
about it. It would have been my favorite LA stay of all time except for the loud
upstairs neighbors. Considering that I didn't realize I'd be having any
neighbors at all, the realization that they were loud ones was a bummer. That
said, everything else about this place is dreamy. The location cannot be beat,
the owner of the home is hospitable and has paid attention to every detail an
guest would need. Meticulously clean, very comfortable and priced to ensure
a return trip! -

Evanston, ILA Wonderful Way To Experience L.A.
Left on 09/10/2009 for a stay in July 2009
The guesthouse was exactly as described (and pictured). There were no unpleasant suprises whatsoever. The main living/sleeping area is very fresh, nicely decorated and very clean. The main bed was VERY comfortable, and our teenage daughter even found the fold-out bed/chair thing to be comfortable. The kitchenette is simple but effective. The bath is nicely finished and again very clean. And, we loved the private courtyard for sitting out with our morning coffee to plan our day.
The West Hollywood neighborhood is great - centrally located, so easy to get anywhere in the greater LA area - by car, at least; we didn't attempt public transportation. We had a rented car which we were always able to park on the street close by using the required parking permit, provided by the management.
The street is lovely - a quiet residential street lined with single family homes, each more charming than the next. Santa Monica Blvd. is a stone's throw away.
Within walking distance are a Starbucks, Trader Joe's (great grocery store), CVS pharmacy, etc. so it was always easy to pick up any essentials. As mentioned above
The property owner and the rental manager are both very nice people who made sure that we were well cared for and comfortable.
In short, Highly Recommended! A great alternative to a hotel, in terms of both quality of accomodation and cost. We will definitely return!
