This exquisite hardwood, first floor one bedroom apartment overlooks the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and barbeque area, allowing you to be always in the know if something happening is going on within the community. This newly redeveloped "metropolitan lifestyle" building is nestled at the foot of the famed La Brea Tarpits. This vacation rental apartment sleeps 4 guests in existing furniture, with a Queen bed and Queen sofa bed. For an additional fee, a Queen or 2 Single air mattresses can be provide to accommodate 2 additional guests, allowing for some truly flexible sleeping arrangements. If traveling with an infant, we also have a crib available... for an additional fee.
