We spend a week in this flat, a company of 6 friends and we really enjoyed it. First of all, Deanna the owner, is a very nice person, helpful and very friendly, she made us feel comfortable and relaxed, since this was the first time we rent a flat instead of choosing a hotel. The location is very convenient as it is a quite neighborhood, close enough to Hollywood attractions and with two or three bars within a 3 blocks radius that we really enjoyed. Of course car is a must if you really want to enjoy la. The condition of the flat was perfect, furniture and utilities were excellent, very clean, really spacious. Although two of us had to sleep to the children's bedroom, the two beds there were more than enough to sleep two adult men. I would totally recommend this place, in fact I will be staying there again if my paths leads me to la again.

The house was even nicer than the pictures, clean, and very spacious! We were 6 women and we were having a reunion with friends in the area. Everyone loved it and Deanna, our landlady, together with Jose and ashley, tried to respond to all our needs and requests. The facilities were more than enough for us and everyone loved the place and commended us for the great find. It made the reunion days even more memorable for us.

This place was everything I thought it would be and more. The house is clean, very spacious, and lots of sunlight gets in during the day. The patio comes handy for lazy afternoons or for a nice barbecue session.
The house is not only perfect for young adults who want to party (couple of blocks from Hollywood boulevard), but it is also great for laid back first timers who are only interested in relaxing touring the city. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.
But in my opinion, the best thing about this place is the landlady. She is really honest, nice, respectful, helpful and very prompt in her responses. She truly made my overall experience in la very pleasurable. I will most definitely rent from her again.
This place is a steal (considering the price, location and space you get for your money). -

When my friends and I booked Deanna's flat we thought we were getting a very good deal. That was until we checked in and found out what a great deal we really had. The flat is wonderful with three extremely roomy bedrooms with King beds, anyone of which is bigger than my own master bedroom. This flat is very convenient to the large patio and Jacuzzi straight from one of the bedrooms. The flat is in wonderful shape, creatively painted with rich hardwood floors. The dining and living rooms are very spacious. It is in a very quiet, safe and clean location. We loved meeting other quests staying there. Some were from Europe and the East Coast. Make sure you understand check-in rules but Deanna is extremely helpful and knowledgeable property manager.
