This sweet two bedroom (with one of the bedrooms being open, but closed off from the first bedroom for privacy) is located in gorgeous, green Los Feliz. The unit has air conditioning, washer and dryer, Cable/HD TV, Wireless High Speed Internet with free Netflix, and a full kitchen including an eating area. The apartment (located in a triplex) has an assigned parking spot and a very large shared deck (6 person Jacuzzi, 2 BBQ's and large deck overlooking the city). This two bedroom apartment (with a queen an...d double bed) is a comfortable, well maintained, clean unit. The unit is very cute and well decorated. The mood of the unit is calm and quite. This unit is perfect for a family of four. Note the unit is to the side of the driveway and has no views. All linens (thick threaded sheets), cooking utensils, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and so much more are included.

It is located in a very safe and desirable neighborhood within Los Feliz; perfect for your vacation or business trip. The neighborhood and location could not be better and most sites are only 10 minutes away. Great neighborhood for walking and public transportation. Los Feliz Village, which has tons of restaurants, movie theater, and more, is only a ten minute walk. Everyone also comments on this sweet apartment for it's uncommon value for it's money.

Located below the Griffith Park Observatory. Bustling Vermont Street is minutes away. It has tons of restaurants and pubs and also a movie theater. The main entrance to Griffith Park is only a few minutes away when you drive. It has pony rides and train rides, a carousel, the LA Zoo, and a children's park that is huge. Sunset Strip is 3 streets away. The flat is in the heart of LA. Universal City is 7 minutes away. Walk of Fame is only 5 minutes away. Kodac Theater is 5 minutes away. Staples Center/Convention Center is 13 minutes away. Downtown LA is 13 away. The bus and Metro are a short walk away which will take you directly to Universal City, Walk of Fame, Kodak and so much more. No need so rent a car or pay $15 at Universal for parking.

  We loved the two bedroom one bath flat. It was laid out really well and very bright. The only advice I have is make sure you park way over to allow everyone in and do not shut the master bedroom door it is tough to open but may be fixed by now. The bed is really squeaky but it swallows you whole we bought a down comforter as soon as we got home. It was great to have a full kitchen, washer/dryer and tv's in the main areas. The driveway is crazy skinny and I laugh because we all pull it off seamlessly no matter what size vehicle. The patio is gorgeous with excellent views. The only complaint would be is the middle flat can sometimes get loud like elephants roam upstairs but I am sure they heard our 15 month old in the late afternoon screeching it up.

  Thank you so much for your review. We have replaced (March 2013) the bed to a new, non squeaky, comfortable queen mattress. I am so sorry that the guest above you were a bit loud. I am also sorry that the parking is a bit tight. For future visits, there is plenty of street parking if you do not want to utilize your parking space.

  A great place for my recovery

  My husband & I stayed here while I recovered from a surgery. Deanna was a gracious and very accomodating host to us. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable for our needs. It was in an excellent neighborhood so we were able to take walks whenever we wanted to. Its location, while in the middle of the city, doesn't make you feel like it. The lanai...Fantastic!!! It was just perfect for relaxing, playing games and soaking up the beautiful California sun. The apartment is located close to shops and restaurants - we highly recommend the restaurant "There's no place like Home" - awesome food all day! Close to Hollywood Blvd or Griffith Park. Parking is difficult w/ any large vehicle on the property, but there is usually street parking. Having laundry available in the apartment was great!

  A delightful place to call home!

  My husband, adult son, and I stayed here for one week in January, 2010. We found an immaculately clean unit with everything we needed: the beds were comfortable; the kitchen was well-appointed; the Wifi worked perfectly; the bathroom was small but efficient; we were able to cook, eat, read, watch TV, hang out, and practice yoga. Having a washer/ dryer was a wonderful bonus! In short, all we needed was our clothing and personal effects. Everything else was provided.
  
  The owner was extremely helpful. When we mentioned that we wished we had a blender, she purchased one that very afternoon!
  
  Since it was a bit chilly in January we didn't sample the Jacuzzi, but each morning we enjoyed sitting on the deck basking in the sun.
  
  The location of this apartment is another plus. It's in a quiet, residential neighborhood but close to major freeways. We could actually walk to Griffith Park (and hike up to the Observatory) and to the Metro at Hollywood and Western. Being able to walk to any destination is a rarity in la.
  
  We plan to stay here whenever we're in la as we had such a delightful week. This apartment is truly a gem and a bargain as well!

  This is a great rental for families with children. We loved the location on one of the few quiet streets in Los angeles. Tucked up against Griffith Park it was central to all the best sight seeing spots.
